Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or at your hotel/residence, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour driver guide from Rustic Nature Tours. Embark on your safari to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley, where you will pause to take in the stunning panoramic views. Descend the escarpment and travel through the Hemingway-trails to Narok town, then continue to Masai Mara for check-in at your camp and enjoy lunch. Delight in an afternoon game drive through the park, observing the migrating wildebeest and zebra. Keep an eye out for the Cheetah, Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, and other members of the Big Five, along with various other animals.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Mara River - After breakfast at 0730hrs, spend the entire day game viewing across the lush, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The renowned Mara is famous for its large herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and is home to numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife found in Kenya. Lunch is served in the park at the Mara River, the border between Kenya and Tanzania, and the site of the annual wildebeest migration. After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring different sections of the park. Return to the camp at 1730hrs. At this time, you may opt to visit the Masai villages or take a nature walk with Masai guides.

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru Park

Lake Nakuru - After a hearty breakfast, depart Mara for Nakuru, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at Lake Nakuru Hotel. Enjoy an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, known for being one of the largest ornithological spots. The Great Rift Valley, formed millions of years ago, stretches approximately 6,500 kilometers from Jordan/Northern Africa to Mozambique/South Africa, making it the largest Rift on Earth. In Kenya, the rift has given rise to many lakes that have become habitats for diverse wildlife. One such lake is Lake Nakuru, an alkaline lake. Lake Nakuru is famous for attracting vast numbers of brilliantly colored pink flamingos to its shallow waters. Hippos, various animals, white and black rhinos, giraffes, tree-climbing lions, leopards, and a plethora of birds are also present at the lake.

Lake Nakuru - Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - After a delightful breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, renowned for its breathtaking scenery with the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop, dominating the landscape and open plains. Arrive in time for lunch, check in at the lodge, have lunch, and enjoy a short rest. Experience a sunset game drive in search of its popular residents, including well-known predators and their counterparts like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo, all with a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli Eco-system - Enjoy an early morning game drive, then return to the lodge for breakfast. Amboseli is famous for its elephant herds, including large, tusked bulls, making the park a favorite destination for photographers and filmmakers due to its stunning backdrop dominated by acacia woodlands. A unique feature of Amboseli is the sight of large herds of elephants strolling through the grasslands with Mt. Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak in the background. Among the Big Five and other wildlife, you will find Maasai giraffes, various antelopes, gazelles, spotted and striped hyenas, cheetahs, and lesser kudus. From Observation Hill, you can view the entire park, especially the large swamps hosting many elephants, buffaloes, and hippos. Over 400 species of birds have been recorded in this park. Upon request and for an additional charge, a sundowner can be arranged to enjoy the African sunset. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Amboseli - Nairobi

Nairobi - After an early breakfast, check out and enjoy a short morning game drive en route out of Amboseli, then drive to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport. Additionally, arrangements can be made for you to continue with a train journey to a beach holiday at the Kenyan coast, Mombasa/Diani Beach, from Emali town.
