Great and fun full day to visit Mt. Fuji - The tour with Sunny was as smooth as one could wish for given that it's a full-day activity. Our tour guide was not only the sweetest, but he was very respectful and attentive. He was an amazing photographer as well. Sunny gave us great tips as far as where to eat and what to do. He's also a super safe driver. Absolutely loved him!

Driver only, no tour nor guide on this tour. - Firstly, we had rain on the day of the trip, which we expected and accepted. Muhammad arrived on time to pick us up. He did not tell us very much about our tour. I mentioned a list of places that we would like to see, and he seemed agreeable. He did not offer any insight as to whether the rain would impact our experience, nor did he provide any feedback as to whether we could see everything on my list. The ride to Fujiyoshida was very quiet. We were hoping that we would get some information about the town, but we realized that Muhammad was just a driver for our trip and not really a tour guide. Though I did read this in other reviews, I had hoped it would be different for us. Muhammad took us to Akakurayama Sengen Park, and we climbed up to see Chureito Pagoda. We didn’t seen anything because of the clouds, but the pagoda was picturesque nonetheless. Next, Muhammad took us to Oshino Hakkai, which was an old village. He said we had 35 minutes to look around, but we wanted to see the area as well as do some shopping, so we went back to the car after an hour. There were many other tourists there too, which made walking through the stores a bit difficult. After we were done, Mohammed drove us to Lake Kawaguchiko. He pointed out places for lunch and the Ropeway and motorboat activities. We spent about two hours having lunch, riding the ropeway, and getting apple pies. When we got back in the car, Muhammad said it was about time to leave. I was disappointed that we didn’t have more time, and that Muhammad never gave us an idea of what time we would have to leave to head back to Tokyo. It was advertised as an 8-10 hour tour, yet it was not explained that those hours included the time to get there and to get back. Nevertheless, I don’t think the total duration time was even 8 hours - we left at 7:30am and got back to Tokyo around 3:45-4:00pm. One of the sites we wanted to see was the Mt. Fuji 5th station. Muhammad told us that during climbing season, he would not be able to take us up there because cars are not allowed. We would have to take the bus on our own, which would be one hour up and one hour down. At first, he said he would be willing to take us to the bus stop. Later, he discouraged us to go, saying that there wouldn’t be anything to see due to the rain and clouds. We ended up passing on the 5th station, and hoped to see something else to fill the time “saved” from going to the 5th station. However, Muhammad said nothing about where we could go next nor offered suggestions on where to go instead. In sum, Muhammad was nice and polite, and did his job in driving us to Fujishiyoda. We had expectations for a real tour, but I guess it wasn’t very clear to me based on the descriptions and title of the tour that there is no guide, so we were disappointed. Plus, since it rained, we didn’t see very much, but Muhammad had nothing to do with that. I’m not sure I’d recommend this, because the driver does not provide any information
