The price through Viator... - The price through Viator is self guiding so we had to upgrade to a guided tour for an additional $10. The Belmont is not a part of the college and parking was difficult.

Beautiful mansion - Beautiful place. The tour isn’t really a tour but a 10 minute talk in the main salon about the mansion’s history. I actually preferred this because you were able to roam around the mansion at your own pace. There’s only six total free parking spots before the main entrance. You ring the doorbell to get in. They’re still doing restoration work on certain areas of the mansion.

Interesting to see in Nashville if you like historic mansions. - We enjoyed it. Liked the 10 minute introduction at the beginning where someone tells you the history of the place and its significance. The rooms were cool. Interesting to see how this wealthy family lived in the late 1800’s -early 1900’s. Not amazing but interesting to see. It’s well priced. Doesn’t take long, like an hour. It’s one of the only places in Nashville with free parking! If you go to Nashville and want souvenirs, buy them here! This gift shop has great souvenirs at a third or even a quarter of what you will find them at other places.

A lovely place of peace and tranquility in busy Music City! - Welcomed on arrival, pre-booked Ticket. Was asked to wait in gift shop for other visitors to arrive before introductory talk. Seating would have been appreciated for this.

You have to walk up to... - You have to walk up to the main door and ring the doorbell to enter. They do provide enough free parking. There is an introduction before they allow you to roam that is a good short history of the house.
