If you’re in Nashville, don’t miss this food tour! - This was a great food tour….and we do food tours wherever we travel Tree was a terrific guide. We live in California with a million Mexican restaurants but the Mexican restaurant included on the tour was as good as it gets! Also the smoked ribs were amazing. All in all, a great tour I would highly recommend. Also, the regular communications with the site and with Tree were greatly appreciated.

Fun time! - This tour was wonderful and we'd definitely recommend it and would do it again next time in Nashville. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour which made our experience more personable with our guide, Tree. Tree shared great info about Nasville, we had great conversations and the food..yummy! We were definitely full after the tour and loved everything we tried. Thank you, Tree, for a great afternoon of fun and food.

Wonderful walking tour & excellent food! - Chelsea with Sidewalk Food Tours was super friendly, and knowledgeable of the area we toured. Our tour was from 11a-2p and the amount of food we had from the five stops was more than enough for lunch! The food tastings/selections were top notch! My husband, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the food stops! There is a lot of walking, but with the right shoes it is definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

Nice area, very walkable... - Nice option to experience this area of town, very walkable, Tree (guide) was very knowledgeable on the Nashville history, food & Gulch area. Not 5 stars worthy as one stop was suppose to be biscuit love. Instead of going there Tree got the biscuits & jam, then we had to eat outside around the corner from the location in very cool weather. I would have preferred to see the place inside or gone to another location. Secondly, won’t object to paying a fair price but for $98/person, not sure if we got our $$$ worth.

Group size too big, would not recommend - We have done a lot of food and drink tours around the world, and this has been our least favorite so far. I believe the main issue was with the group size as 12 felt like we were always in the way of other people, hard to move as a big group, and difficult to seat at restaurants. The tour guide also wore a headset and speaker which drew unneeded attention while walking about. Also embarrassingly used it inside of restaurants too, which clearly annoyed other patrons. Gave the local history while walking but with the speaker in front of her so only the front 2-3 people on tour (and passing bystanders) could hear. We did enjoy most of the food stops though, except for the 4th which was just a hotel lobby where the Mac&cheese bites were terrible and pretzel sticks were a miss. There didn’t appear to be any reason for this stop except that it was conveniently on the route. The best tours we’ve done in the past have all had eight or fewer people, food was always ordered ahead of time with tables ready when we arrived, and always felt more like hanging out with a local friend who was showing us around. This tour felt like the commercialized opposite of that, full of cringe and embarrassment. It was definitely memorable, but not in a good way.
