Christmas fun on the General Jackson!! - The food was excellent! A much higher quality than regular buffets! Great service staff! The show was so fun! Appreciated the hotel pickup and dropoff!!

Great Experience - We attended as a birthday celebration for my 2 adult children. I was unaware there would be a show. I thought it was just a cruise with dinner. Despite the not very nice people who we shared a table with, the evening was unforgettable. Our 2 servers (David and Wagdy) made our night memorable. They provided EXCELLENT service, were very accommodating to everyone at the table (even the rude party), were friendly and funny, and made our evening even more enjoyable. They shared where the best spot on the boat was to take pictures without the crowds. They frequently checked to make sure we didn't need anything and anticipated when we did need something such as a refill. The food was good and so was the show but the highlight was David and Wagdy. They really shown a bright positive light on the entire event. They went out of their way to make the night excellent. We all LOVED the experience. Be cause of David and Wagdy, our experience was even better than we had hoped. They were AWESOME and the reason we would come back and tell all our friends to come too.

Excellent - The food, show, and wait staff were exceptional! Wish I had known to ask for first floor seating. Would go again and highly recommend to see the show and boat and enjoy the evening.

Gray Line Top Notch-Well Managed & Quality Tours - Jeff was a fantastic driver. It all started with him picking us at a predetermined location on time, dropping us off at the dock and then picking us up at the end of the show/river cruise to take us back to our drop -off spot. Fantastic cruise, dinner and show. The food was great and all of the singers/dancers were top notch, Grand Ole Opry quality.

Stuck at the dock - Boat did not leave dock due to mechanical issues but the show, good, service and crew were excellent! I hope we can return when the vessel is operational.

Dinner cruise for anniversary - Went on an evening cruise for our 30th anniversary. Was a great cruise. Food was OK. The only complaint is that you can't see much of the city as you cruise or you will miss the show. i am slow. We went June of 2023.

The General Jackson a very pleasant dinner cruise. - Part of our tour included a Christmas Dinner and Show on the General Jackson. It was a great experience, the food and service was good, sometimes a bit chaotic which is to be expected when catering to sizeable crowd. The entertainment was excellent. The music was all based on the Christmas theme. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Not quite as expected - We wish it said that it was a Christmas special because we don’t celebrate Christmas and never would have gone. The boat itself was nice, had a good view. Staff was nice. There is an extra charge for drinks other than water, tea & coffee. Food was okay but by the time we got home we both had stomach aches and still do.
