Nice experience on the river - The General Jackson was nice, an old but charming riverboat, but very packed with people. We wished there was more history and info told. Food buffet was okay, a bit rushed, very crowded. I would have rated this experience as a 3 out of 5, but I upped it a 4 because of the “Nashville Show”. The entertainers were so talented! We were amazed and really enjoyed that show.

Nice cruise for a "One and Done" - Dinner cruise was ok, not outstanding. Tables were too close together and standing in line for the buffet was long. Food was fine, but not great. Show was loud and very long. Singers and dancers were very talented. Highlight of the cruise for us was walking around the boat outside after dinner and seeing downtown Nashville at night. And, watching the paddle wheel go around.

Like a bad dream - Transportation to and from the event was excellent. The cruise itself was an utter waste of money and probably worth only a third of the price charged (£112pp). Bland drinks and poorly prepared food along with bad table service and being crammed in next to stage making you have to contort to try and watch the show. Spoiled our last evening in Nashville trying to celebrate one of our party’s birthday.

Last night birthday meal - Very disappointing. We were placed that close to the stage you couldn’t watch the show comfortably. The event was clearly oversubscribed with tables crammed together. The food was cold in places and the meat dry. Cocktails were bland and overpriced. Servers were more interested in telling you how important it was to tip them and talked a good job rather than doing one. Entertainment ok in a school production way although the musicians were very good. AVOID!
