Brilliant experience - Brilliant well loved it Ludwig was waiting for us at the terminal when we walked in. He was very calm and professional good description of places to see along the way.

Steve & Sue's Bday Trip - It was super cool to see Nashville in the day time. We saw that Supercross was going on April 11 my wife & self Bday. So we decided to go back change after the Ride & enjoy some motor cross. Noem Our Pilot I believe that's his name was Outstanding explaining the sites and some history of the city. Super fun flight. Excited to go back & do it again in 2027

Booked the tour but they... - Booked the tour but they would not let me and my partner fly because of the weight limit even though I entered it when I booked tour-the they would not refund my money-lost over 300 dollars-totally ruined my nashville trip

Fun helicopter ride but didn't get the full 15 minutes in the air! So sad : ( - It was fun and exciting to go up in a helicopter but we didn't get the full 15-minute flight that we paid for, nor did we even get to view downtown Nashville as described in the online "Itinerary" section. We maybe got 7-8 minutes in the air and things were pointed out from a far distance, including downtown. We saw the skyline but it was from very far away as you can see from our photo below. Also, make sure you put in the correct weights of your passengers, as we guestimated our weights and the 3rd member of our party was not able to ride because they said we were over the weight limit. It states online that "The total weight of each passenger is limited to 300lbs (137KG)". Each member of our trio definitely weighed less than 300 lbs. We were not even offered a refund, only the option to purchase an additional ticket for the 3rd member to ride since they will only take a minimum of 2 people up at one time. Definitely a lot less than we expected! But..... the pilot was nice.
