Gina was great & very helpful in posing, recommended restaurants & entertainment, plus she taught us a line dancing routine! I haven't seen any photos yet from her, but I'm confident they're going to be fantastic!

This was Not the warm, friendly, personal experience I had hoped for! 0 compassion. By no fault of my own, I woke up on the morning of the shot with a fever and was positive for the flu. I also didn’t want to get anybody else sick. I sent a message stating my circumstances. I asked if it would be possible to have some of my money returned. Not the whole thing but at least something. That request was met with a copy of the policy, stating that I needed to give 7 days notice of cancellation. I responded that I was t sick 7 days ago. Then I got a policy reply again that somehow implemented me as a NO SHOW. Which was not the case. I gave as much notice as I could, so nobody had to be inconvenienced. I paid $406.for something I didn’t get.
