• Cairo Tower - The Cairo Tower (Egyptian Arabic: برج القاهرة, Borg El-Qāhira) is a standalone concrete tower situated in Cairo, Egypt. Standing at 187 meters (614 feet), it held the title of the tallest structure in Egypt for 37 years until 1998, when the Suez Canal overhead powerline crossing surpassed it. It was the tallest structure in North Africa for 21 years until 1982, when the Nador transmitter in Morocco exceeded its height. It was also the tallest structure in Africa for a year until 1962, when the Sentech Tower in South Africa overtook it.

Recognized as one of Cairo’s prominent modern landmarks, it is often regarded as Egypt’s second most famous landmark after the Pyramids of Giza. It is located in the Gezira district on Gezira Island in the River Nile, near downtown Cairo.

• Cairo Governorate - The Cairo Opera House (Arabic: دار الأوبرا المصرية, Dār el-Opera el-Masreyya; literally “Egyptian Opera House”), part of Cairo’s National Cultural Centre, serves as the main venue for performing arts in the Egyptian capital. It hosts most of Egypt’s premier musical groups and is situated on the southern part of Gezira Island in the Nile River, within the Zamalek district near downtown Cairo.
• Zamalek (Gezira Island) - Zamalek (Arabic: الزمالك pronounced [ez.zæˈmæːlek], al zamalek) is a qism (ward) within the West District (hayy gharb) in the Western Area of Cairo, Egypt. It is a prosperous district on a man-made island, geologically part of the west bank of the Nile River, with the bahr al-a’ma (Blind Canal) cut during the latter half of the 19th Century to separate it from the west bank proper. The northern third has been developed into a residential area, which housed 14,946 people during the 2017 census. The southern two-thirds are primarily sports grounds and public gardens, providing a lush green space in the heart of Cairo.
• Qasr El Nil Bridge - The Qasr el Nil Bridge (originally named Khedive Ismail Bridge, Egyptian Arabic: Asr el Nil Bridge), is a historic swing bridge structure dating back to 1931, replacing the first bridge to span the Nile River in central Cairo, Egypt. It connects Tahrir Square in Downtown Cairo on the east bank of the river to the southern end of Gezira/Zamalek Island. At the bridge’s east and west approaches are four large bronze lion statues, late 19th-century works by Henri Alfred Jacquemart, a French sculptor and animalier.
• Tahrir Square - Tahrir Square (Arabic: ميدان التحرير, romanized: Maydān at-Taḥrīr, Egyptian Arabic pronunciation: [meˈdæːn ettæħˈɾiːɾ]; English: “Liberation Square”), also known as Martyr Square, is a public town square in downtown Cairo, Egypt. The square has been a focal point for political demonstrations. The 2011 Egyptian revolution and the resignation of President Hosni Mubarak took place at Tahrir Square.
• 6th of October City - The 6th of October Bridge (Arabic: كوبري 6 أكتوبر Kubri 6 [Sadis] Uktubar) is an elevated highway in Cairo, the capital city of Egypt. The 20.5-kilometer (12.7 mi) bridge and causeway cross the Nile twice from the western bank suburbs, east through Gezira Island to Downtown Cairo, and connect the city to other highways leading to the Cairo International Airport to the east.

Its name commemorates the date of Operation Badr in 1973, when the Egyptian military crossed the Suez Canal and attacked the Israeli military’s Bar Lev Line, initiating the Yom Kippur War.
