Overall we had a great time riding atv and exploring the city. - The guide was knowledgeable and nice. He ensured that we all stay together. Despite the rain we still had fun riding and they provided rain coat. The food was good, too.

Best Experience! - Ben was our tour guide and he was awesome! We had a family of 5, all on atvs. The views were beautiful and the stops were fun. Everyone involved was so helpful and informative. My mom had issues with overheating at our first stop, Tasty Teas, and the staff was accommodating and really made sure she was taken care of to the best of their ability. I definitely recommend this tour!

Great ATV Tour!🤗 - Hubby and I went on a weekend Royal Caribbean cruise for our 30th anniversary and decided to do this ATV Tour! It was one of the best part of our trip! Our tour guide Peggy kept us informed and engaged the whole time. Both he and his assistant kept us safe whole we traveled and toured the beautiful island of Nassau. We are going back on a cruise with more family members and hope to do it again! We would definitely recommend this ATV Tour!

Worth the money, it was the best time ever! - There are not enough words to describe how much fun we had on the ATV's. The stops at the tea shop, trying conch, the caves, rum cake, and the lunch were all amazing. Our tour guides were so friendly and taught us so much. We will definitely be back again!

The Best ATV/Jeep Buggy Tour - A Must Book!!! - The tour with Ben was absolutely fun! We had an amazing time seeing the beautiful city. He was great and we highly recommend this tour. It was incredibly interesting to learn so much about the city and seeing the sites was a wonderful experience. We had such a good time. Everyone at this company ensured we had a fun safe experience from pick-up to drop off. Fun time for sure!!

Great way to taste and see Nassau! - Our tour guide Ben was outstanding. Very fun, knowledgeable and relational. We had never been on ATVs before but that wasn’t a problem. We were given the chance to try several foods, drinks and Bahamian delicacies along the way. Our only (minor) complaint is that the headphones contraptions we were given kept cutting out so we couldn’t hear Ben speaking most of the time. Regardless, highly recommend!

ATV Tour in Nassau - The ATV tour was the BEST tour we had done during our cruise. It was easy to find once off the ship and the entire crew was extremely nice.

Awesome ATV experience. - It was an awesome experience. Ben and his colleague did a fantastic job giving us a tour of Nassau Island. It was my first time riding an ATV and it was such fun.

Rude Staff, Poor Communication, and Zero Accountability - This was our second time booking with this company, and unfortunately, it was a disaster. The woman answering the phones was incredibly rude—she talked over me, refused to listen, and spoke to me with total disrespect, as well as in person. When I asked to speak with a manager, she flat-out refused. She offered no help, refused a refund, and didn’t even try to resolve the issue. I left my info for a callback from the owner and never heard back. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers.
To make it worse, last year a photocopy of a driver’s license was acceptable. Based on that, we brought the same documentation this year for my 26-year-old daughter—plus her physical passport. Suddenly, that wasn’t good enough. She was denied the ability to drive, even though she was just an extra driver. We were still charged full price for her, and no one bothered to notify us that the policy had changed.
If rules change, fine—but tell your customers ahead of time. The entire experience was frustrating and completely unprofessional. Avoid this company. There are better-run operations out there that treat people with respect.
