Pleasantly Surprised - Steven and Mathew were amazing tour guides. Despite a couple of hiccups ( no fault of their own), they made our tour very enjoyable. The food samples, lunch and drink samples was great. I would book this tour again.

Take the tour !!! - Went on the tour with my husband and 2 teens (13 and 17) and we had a blast! Leroy was a great guide and really taught us about the local culture and history. All of the food stops were amazing (we were so full) and all Of the vendors were welcoming ! We almost signed up for a second tour just to revisit them all ! Great experience

The best tour ever - This tour is excellent ! The jeeps were so cool ! We got to tour the island. We stopped at a house that the lady grew up in and learned the history of making the beautiful costumes they wear in the parades to dance . We got to try them on and play musical instruments and sing . Wow so much fun . We went to a waterfall and got to eat lunch . This was one of the funnest tours we have ever done !!!!!!!

Exploring Nassau - The tour guide Leon was amazing making the experience most enjoyable. I definitely learned useful knowledge about the island but the tastings advised was somewhat misleading. My original booking for the food truck was ca canceled but a great alternative adventure overall.

Nassau Open Air Yellow Bus. - Be ready to sample the local cuisine. Each stop gave us an opposing to taste the local favorites. Couch salad, lightly fried couch, Bahamian Mac and Cheese... Bahama Mama. The open air bus was perfect for this time of year. Comfortable seating also. Kenyon our Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and keep us on schedule. Proper audio allow everyone to read clearly. Assistant Porsche was also helpful with generating conversations among all of us. Yes, I would recommend to individuals.

It's worth it - The driver Tamar is punctual and extremely polite. The tour is very interesting to have a panorama of the local life of the Bahamas, the culture, the humble neighborhoods in contrast with the residences of families with high purchasing power. Tamar knows a lot about everything there, is kind to us, does not force us to buy things in the places we stopped, asks what we would like to do q maybe not in the elaborate itinerary. We indicated a seafood restaurant typical of the region. Only otherwise is that the shops close at 5pm, so the tour is to know yourself and appreciate, and not to shop. Tamar told us that he has worked at Atlantis for many years, maybe hence his extreme kindness with the tourist, out of the standard of the other tours we did. Thank you Tamar for our tour at night. And the end of the tour with a small menu tasting of Bahamian meals was to close with a golden key.

This tour was cancelled—we did a different jeep tour - This tour sadly was cancelled. Amber was great and able to put us on another jeep tour. Leroy was our guide and fabulous. I would have liked to stop and see some of the other landmarks in our journey but it allowed us to get a lay of the land. It felt as if we were visiting spots that encouraged us to buy things. Wanted to stop and see Queens staircase and other areas of interest. I will say though the Junkanoo stop was my favorite!

Scam! This is not a food tour! - Don’t waste your money. Our 4 hr deluxe food tour started at 9:30am with pick up from our hotel. We spent the next 45 minutes collecting passengers from a cruise. It took 30 minutes to get to the port and another 15 minutes to find the 2 passengers to join our party of 6. The “food tour” consisted of a conch salad demonstration (ie we sat on the bus while a fisherman walked over to show us a conch shell). We were given a taste (shot glass size) of the salad. We then went to a tea shop where we were given sips of 3 different teas, and finally to a flea market where we were given 30 minutes to shop. We arrived at Joey’s for lunch at noon, but unfortunately, Joey’s was under construction so my group of 6 was forced to squeeze into a bar table meant for 2. The restaurant also wasn’t ready for us and was catering to other patrons. We waited close to an hour before our meal was provided. We barely had 10 minutes to eat before we were told to pack up because the cruise passengers had to return to their ship by 1pm. When I asked about the chocolate demonstration & gray cliff & cays that were listed on the itinerary, the driver said we were out of time & dropped us at our hotel before 1:30! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with excursions booked via Viator! Save your money. Calling this a “deluxe Food Tour” and charging $122/pp is ridiculous! The “4hr”experience included pick up & drop off times for all passengers and wait time at the restaurant! Overall we had maybe 2 hrs of this so-called tour! This is a complete waste of time and money!
