Reliable and fast service - Very responsive and reliable service. Great private modern luxury car and smooth transportation. Return trip pick up was late 15 min. but other than that everything else was great.

Easy booking, Great service - We booked a round trip airport transfers with 1K Private Transportation after reading some stellar reviews online, we are so glad that we did. Our flight from LGA was delayed and there were long immigration lines that took us an hour to go past. We were certain that Demarco would have considered us as no show. But, to our surprise he was still waiting and ready to take us to our hotel. During our ride to the hotel, Demarco gave us the lay of the land, some great places to eat and places to visit. He had some great recommendations that we absolutely fell in love with, like the Sky Juice, Sonia's Jerk chicken at the Fish Fry, among other things. On our return, Demarco arrived at our hotel on time and dropped us to the airport. The whole experience was great and Demarco was terrific! Will book with him again.

Airport round trip. - 10/10 demarcko and Devon were very on top of it and communicated amazingly!! Felt comfortable and super reliable! We had the best time, very educational as well.

Will definitely use again next time we’re on the island - We had a great experience with 1K Private Transportation. Our driver, Demarcko, was lovely and so personable. He gave us so many good recommendations when he picked us up from the airport and we used many of them. Upon pick up he was genuinely interested in how our trip went. Smooth ride, excellent service.

Excellent Service - Service was professional and on time. I called the driver when I arrived at the airport and he was already there waiting when we arrived. For pick up, I received a text from the company saying that the driver had arrived at our hotel and described the vehicle. Service was on time, even a little early, and our vehicles both to and from the airport were clean new suburbans. Our drivers were very professional. Definitely recommend!

Made My Birthday Trip So Easy! - I used 1K Private Transportation for a round-trip transfer to the Warwick Hotel for my birthday trip with eight friends, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we landed, everything went super smoothly.
Our driver Demarco was amazing friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome. He was right on time for both pickups, helped us with our bags, and even shared a few local tips along the way. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and had great AC which we definitely appreciated!.
It was such a nice feeling not having to worry about transportation while on vacation. Demarco and 1K Private Transportation made it easy and stress-free from start to finish. Book this! Great experience - Very easy to book, great communication. Demarcko was super friendly and had great communication. The ride from the airport to Paradise Island was in a clean SUV and he gave us info on the area for the entire ride. Demarcko provided recommendations on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We tried most of his recommendations and were not disappointed. He was punctual and made sure we made it back to the airport in time for our flight. Would definitely book again.

Outstanding Transportation!! - Our driver, DeMarko made everything perfect for our arrival in Nassau! He told us about special sights and points of interest as we drove through Nassau to Paradise Island! He even made a stop so we could get a cup of Sky Juice from the locals which quickly became our favorite island cocktail! Pickup and drop-off were right on time and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Cheers DeMarko, see you next time!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience with 1K Transportation - Avoid at All Costs! - I had an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience with 1K Transportation during my Bahamas trip from October 25 to October 30. Despite paying for a roundtrip service, they completely failed to deliver even the most basic level of reliability and professionalism.
Due to a weather delay, 1K Transportation did not bother to pick us up. While I understand that weather issues can be beyond control, what’s inexcusable is their complete lack of effort to rectify the situation. Even after I proactively reached out to them, they didn’t attempt to make alternative arrangements or assist us in any meaningful way.
To add insult to injury, they agreed to issue a refund since I had paid for a roundtrip but only ended up using one way. Unsurprisingly, that refund never materialized. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is appalling.
I strongly advise anyone considering 1K Transportation to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values its customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would—an absolute disgrace to the tourism industry.
