Once the booking is confirmed, a representative will contact the traveler to confirm pick-up details via email or phone call. At the arrival gate, a representative holding a sign with the company’s name will be waiting to greet the traveler(s). The traveler(s) will then be escorted to their chosen vehicle and will enjoy a safe and smooth ride directly to their agreed destination. Upon arrival, the traveler(s) will be asked to confirm their booking for departure.
