A great day! - I will recommend this excursion to anyone I know coming to the Bahamas. Our captains were really fun and accommodating. Great hospitality! The boat ride was fun, scenery beautiful, snorkeling was perfect for our family, sea turtle detour ❤️, lunch on board and mixed drinks made just for us! Oh and the main event, stopping to see/feed/hold pigs. It was all fabulous and everyone on board had a 1010 day.

Best Day Ever - Great ocean adventure. Variety of activities and friendly staff. Loved snorkeling in the crystal clear water. The best part for me was holding the absolutely adorable baby pigs.

Fun in the sun on great boat! - Captain Mario and Enrique showed us the beautiful piggies and beautiful beach. Delicious sandwiches and drinks were had and great tunes! Safety was priority and we seen beautiful turtles. Was a great trip and highly recommend this excursion!! A Small size group which is perfect for us! Snorkeling was good we couldn't get to the turtle area because the ocean was unsafe over there but we did go to a different area and seen turtles still.

Great Girls Trip Experience! - It was a great experience! I traveled with a friend for girls trip and we were looking for an experience that allowed us to tap into some of the key experiences in Nassau! There was easily arranged transportation pickup from our hotel which was so convenient and appreciated. The boat captains were fabulous and each stop offered a wonderful showcase of local hospitality and experiences! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Fun crew! The pigs were... - Fun crew! The pigs were cute. The music and the crew made this a memorable experience. Highly recommend.

Great for families, flexible if needed. - Lots of one-on-one service and attention. Felt like a private excursion, but we had other people with us. And great choices of music.

Fantastic Tour - Iffy company. - The excursion itself (and the onboard crew!) was excellent, and we would highly recommend. The pigs were fun, the reef was beautiful with a ton of fish to see, and there were several sea turtles at the last stop. The provided lunch was great, and the drinks and beer were ice cold! Our issue, however, was the delay getting started. We met up with the staff and boarded the boat right on time, and picked up the next couple a few minutes later. We were supposed to make one more stop to pick up a family of 5 and then get underway, however that family was not there when when we arrived. Our captain called the owner and who told us they were running late and we should wait a few minutes for them. So we sat in the sun in the boat for about 15 minutes until I asked again how long we had to wait, the Captain called back and was told it would be another few minutes. After that time, the other couple called Viator to ask what's going on. Our tickets clearly said be on time or be left behind, no refunds, yet here we were baking in the sun. Viator (you guys!) told him he could get off and get a refund if he liked. On top of that, he would have to arrange transportation back to his hotel, which meant we would have to do the same to get back to our cruise ship. Seriously rude! We were told "they were coming" and since we literally had no other choice, we had to continue to bake in sun waiting. For almost another half hour. Eventually they showed up, and THEY were mad too - Apparently, they were waiting at their own hotel to be picked up to be brought to the boat and it was the tour company who was late picking them up. That's why they were late. Totally unacceptable. And while we WERE able to get the full tour in, when we were done my wife and I needed to immediately return to our cruise ship so we lost all time to explore and shop in Nassau's port shops first. We were told we would be given a partial refund for this, but so far that has not happened. Again, The tour itself and our crew: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Please don't take anything away from them! But the tour company and their owners/drivers/communication cost it a star. If we don't get our promised partial refund, we will be back to remove some more stars.
