Punctual and efficient - Our exit was again with the guide Jisana. The staff was super punctual, and the van was quite comfortable. We arrived at the airport quite peacefully.

Comfortable transfer to the airport - All the needs were met, were punctual when picking us up at the hotel. The transport was made in a van seen q we were 3 people. We got support at the air check in. The whole process took place properly.

Go to the airport - They arrived at the scheduled time, with all sympathy and cordiality. I want to highlight the Italian guide who even at the end of the trip still passed the information from the airport.

They do not refund the amount held at Check out - We have not received the credit card refund amount at check out until today. I was at the hotel on December 23. Unfortunate. The elevators are always broken and we have to use stairs or a service elevator along with the trash removed from the rooms. Bad review. Look for another hotel
