Negombo - Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, guests will be warmly greeted by a representative from CEYLON CLASSIC TOURS & TRAVEL and transferred to their hotel in Negombo.

Negombo - Kandy

Kandy - After breakfast, depart for Kandy.

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - In the afternoon, embark on a city tour of Kandy, featuring the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Buddha, a significant place of worship for Buddhists worldwide. Enjoy a drive around Upper Lake for a panoramic view of the city.

Kandy View Point - The Kandy City View Point offers a stunning view of Kandy city, overlooking Kandy Lake with the Temple of the Tooth Relic in the background. It’s an ideal spot for photography, especially at sunrise or sunset. Located on Rajapihilla Mawatha, it is also known as Arthur’s Seat and is the highest point in Kandy, standing 550 meters above sea level.

Royal Botanical Gardens - In the evening, visit the Botanical Garden at Peradeniya, the largest on the island, renowned for its collection of over 300 varieties of orchids, 5000 species of spices, medicinal plants, and palm trees, along with the National Herbarium.

Kandy - Nuwara Eliya Train

Nuwara Eliya - After breakfast, travel to Nuwara Eliya and explore the area.

Victoria Park of Nuwara Eliya - In the afternoon, tour Nuwara Eliya, including Victoria Park, a public park next to the Nuwara Eliya Post Office. Originally a research field for Hakgala Botanical Garden, it was named in 1897 to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee.

Gregory Lake - Visit Lake Gregory, also known as Gregory Reservoir, located in the heart of the tea country hill city, Nuwara Eliya. Constructed in 1873 during the period of British Governor Sir William Gregory, the lake and its surroundings form the Gregory Lake Area.

Nuwara Eliya Golf Course - The Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest, was established in the late 19th century in the hill station of Nuwara Eliya. It features an 18-hole golf course.

Pedro Tea Factory - En route to Kandy, visit a Tea Factory and Plantation to observe the manufacturing process of the renowned “Ceylon Tea” and enjoy a fresh cup of unblended tea.

Ramboda Waterfall - Pass by scenic views with waterfalls.

Matale - Dambulla - Sigiriya

Ranweli Spice Garden - After breakfast, depart for Sigiriya via Nalanda, Matale. First, visit the Spice Garden in Matale and participate in a guided tour to learn about the growth and use of spices in daily life. Next, visit Gedige at Nalanda, a remarkable archaeological site in Sri Lanka.

Nalanda Gedige - Nalanda Gedige is an ancient stone temple near Matale, Sri Lanka, considered the center of Sri Lanka. Constructed between the 8th and 10th centuries with Dravidian architecture, it is believed to have been used by Tamils.

Dambulla Cave Temple - In the afternoon, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 meters over the surrounding plains, with more than 80 documented caves. Major attractions are spread over 5 caves, containing statues and paintings related to Lord Buddha and his life, including 153 Buddha statues, 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings, and 4 statues of gods and goddesses.

Minneriya National Park - In the evening, enjoy a jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, a national park in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka, designated as a national park on 12 August 1997, originally declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1938.

Sigiriya - Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya

Polonnaruwa - After an early breakfast, depart for Polonnaruwa. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the ancient city of Polonnaruwa (11th Century AD), visiting numerous archaeological and historical sites in the Sacred City, including the Great Statue, Quadrangle, Royal Palace, Gal Viharaya, Kumara and Lotus Ponds, Thiwanka Image House, and more. Also, see one of the country’s largest water reservoirs, Parakrama.

Polonnaruwa Vatadage - The Polonnaruwa Vatadage is an ancient structure from the Kingdom of Polonnaruwa in Sri Lanka, believed to have been built during the reign of Parakramabahu I to hold the Relic of the Tooth of the Buddha or during the reign of Nissanka Malla to hold the alms bowl used by the Buddha.

Gal Vihara - The Gal Vihara, also known as Gal Viharaya and originally as the Uttararama, is a rock temple of the Buddha in the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, North Central Province, Sri Lanka, crafted in the 12th century by Parakramabahu.

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - In the evening, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, built during the reign of King Kassapa I (AD 477 – 495), one of the seven World Heritage sites of Sri Lanka.
