Perfect. - Perfection!!!! A huge thank you to the exceptional staff. My only regret was not having change to reward them. I'll never forget all that. Thank you very much.

Fun Excursion on the JAMWEST Catamaran Snorkel and Stop at Ricks Cafe! - We booked Jamwest catamaran right off the beach walking distance from the Azul Resort, Negril. Professional staff kept everyone safe throughout the snorkel trip and stop at Ricks Cafe. It was a fun trip with around 45 guests. Snorkel reef stop was nice seeing many colorful fish and sea life. We appreciate all the crew did to make it a great excursion. Fun, Fun, Fun!

Jamwest catamaran and ricks cafe trip - A must do trip in Jamaica which was enjoyed by all the family. The initial stop at Negril beach was heavenly with the crystal blue sea to enjoy. The facilities at Jamwest were excellent with great service and entertainment for a bit of food and drink before we embarked on the catamaran for a fun sail to ricks cafe. Those brave enough did the jump and for those that weren’t so brave enjoyed the spectacle of the local boys jumping from a stomach churning height…would definitely return if I was to ever enjoy the delights of Jamaica again.

Amazing day trip - We had a great time on this trip to see a real live coral reef see all the amazing sea life. It was an amazing trip. To top it off we also saw a dolphin on the boat when on the way back. Rum punch was good! Snacks just crisps so fill up on a good breakfast/lunch before you go. My hubby and 8 year old jumped off the cliffs at Ricks cafe. A fun trip made a lovely end to our holiday. Thanks 36 Clarke our driver.

Catamaran Party Boat - We had an amazing time with each of the staff aboard the Super Cat (yellow band) JamWest - Catamaran Party Boat. The staff were professional & entertaining from the walk in the water onto the boat; during the exchange from the Catamaran Boat to an excursion boat which took everyone to the Famous Rick's Cafe; the captain also described the caves along the water and what they were used for. The staff were great. Definitely a 10/10 ... Worth the money.

Fine but there is better - We booked the Jam West boat tour through our Sunwing representative at a cost of about $90 per person. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to later discover that we could book a similar tour directly on our resort’s beach for $55 per person — and, in all honesty, that catamaran tour was much better. The tour started with a stop at a beach where we stayed for about an hour and a half. You could purchase food at the restaurant or shop in the store, which was fine. We then boarded the catamaran for snorkeling. The water was quite choppy, so we were only able to snorkel for about 10 minutes — something we understand is out of anyone’s control. After that, we headed to Rick’s Café, which was nice and enjoyable. However, overall the boat crew didn’t seem very engaged. It felt like they were tolerating the guests rather than having fun with them, which really affected the atmosphere. After experiencing the catamaran tour offered directly through our resort, we would not recommend the Jam West boat tour, especially considering the higher cost and less enjoyable experience.

Too expensive for what's on offer. There's only drinks on the catamaran. Music on the catamaran is unbearably loud! - Nice trip, beautiful surroundings. Too expensive for what's on offer. Music on board unbearably loud!! On board only drinks, nothing to eat. RIcks cafe is worth seeing, but mass handling, too expensive too noisy...

Very Disappointed - We booked this excursion during our stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica & were quite disappointed with the experience as a whole. We were dropped off at a beach before hand, close to 3 hours early where all we could do was walk around and buy overpriced food or drinks while the company tried to upsell us on other things. Biggest waste of 3 hours that could have been spent at the resort. The actual catamaran was completely overcrowded, with many people having to sit inside and not even experience the actual scenery of the boat ride. The provided "snacks" were next to nothing, and the open bar was barely open considering the duration of the trip. We stopped for an hour at Rick's Cafe which was just a tourist trap waste of time. Snorkelling was the only half decent part, but there wasn't a ton to see. Staff were good. Wouldn't recommend if you're older or less mobile as we had issues with a number of older individuals getting on the boat. The whole day took over 9 hours - not the 3-4 hours advertised. Had it been a shorter experience with more time on the actual boat and doing water activities it would have been decent, but as is felt like a waste of time and money.

Terrible experience! - We booked with a rep at our resort, Riu Palace, Monego Bay. We were told it would be a van ride of 45 minutes to the beach where we would have a couple hours to enjoy our time there, then get on the catamaran where we would snorkel and go to Rick’s Café where we would be able to get dinner and enjoy the sunset. We were also told we would be back to our resort by 7:30, 8 o’clock at the latest. Not even close. We had a hot van ride for almost 2 hours on the worst roads Possible, which I know is not their fault but still, we would not have chosen to spend four hours of our day driving had we known. Then we had about an hour at the beach and we chose to spend the time getting a bite to eat because we heard they werejust snacks which we were right to do that. The snorkeling was the worst we have ever experienced! They did not provide flippers for your feet so there was no protection and told you to avoid the coral reef. It was impossible not to hit the coral with your feet. The water was very choppy and we ended up being pushed very far out away from the boat, and no one seemed to care and without flippers it was very difficult to swim back to the boat, very dangerous situation. Then when we got to Rick’s café, they told us as we were exiting the boat to order our food to go as we only had an hour there. Incredibly disappointing and not worth the $120 that we paid each to go at all! We did not get back until after 8:30. My bad for not researching and just trusting the person sitting next to the front desk to give me accurate information.
