Seven Mile Beach - One of the main attractions in Negril, Jamaica is the beaches, specifically the famous Seven Mile Beach. Although this is a small town of about 3,000, it stretches across two parishes and there are a number of beautiful beaches for people to enjoy. The seven mile stretch is the stuff of vacation legends; made up of the long 4 mile stretch and the smaller 3 mile stretch of Bloody Bay.
At one time, the Seven Mile Beach was controlled by unruly pirates but of course today, the pirates are gone, leaving seven miles of silky golden sand for beach lovers to enjoy. This natural oasis is ideal for sunbathing, snorkeling, and even scuba diving, along with a number of other fun water sports. The only caution is for parents of smaller children since some people soak up the sun or swim at this beach void of bathing suits. -

Jamaica! What can I… 💜 - Our driver was friendly, punctual and a safe driver! We prearranged a stop for a fresh lobster lunch and it didn’t disappoint!
Margaritaville (chairs are free but umbrella is $15) and Rick’s Cafe (no outside food or drinks) have free entry, but be prepared to pay for all food and drinks.
We had a wonderful time on this excursion and felt comfortable and safe with our driver during our travels from Montego Bay to Negril and back. I highly recommend this tour company.

We loved this trip so... - We loved this trip so much! Even though the drive from Montego Bay to Negril is 90ish minutes, our driver, Cornell made the time fly sharing the history of Jamaica and stopping along the way for fresh coconuts and local food. 7-mile beach in Negril is beautiful. Cornell took us to a spot that was not crowded at all and it truly felt like we were on island time 😎. Rick’s cafe was a blast and the views are incredible. We jammed out with Cornell on the ride home to top off the day. 10 out of 10!

FunTrip Tours & Cornell are top notch! - FunTrip tours, along with our personal guide for the day, Cornell, goes above and beyond anything my wife and I could’ve imagined. Cornell picked us up promptly at 10 am from our resort and took us the scenic route to Negril, completely based off our wants/needs. We stopped at several roadside locations for local cuisine that you absolutely wouldn’t even know to stop at without Cornell’s expertise. After arriving to Negril, we stopped at Margaritaville (but you can stop at any beach you’d like) for 2.5 - 3 hours, where Cornell picked us up and took us to Rick’s Cafe until after sunset. Overall, the personal attention and care that FunTrip Tours and Cornell provide is unmatched! We came to Jamaica as tourists, but now we have a friend. We will use Cornell anytime we travel to Jamaica!!

Wonderful Island Experience! - We took an awesome island tour with Cornell and his company Fun Trip Tours in Jamaica! We took an excursion trip with Cornell 2 years ago and loved it so much we reached out to him directly and he made it happen again!! He is a wonderful guide, showed us so much of the island life and planned the itinerary around the different activities we wanted to experience! He is such a kind man who gave excellent advice and made our trip so enjoyable! Blessed to have had Cornell as our guide!

Book this tour! - Couldn’t recommend this excursion enough! We had Cornell as our guide/driver for the day and he was fabulous. He picked us up from our hotel early and offered to make a few local pit stops along the way to seven mile beach and Rick’s.
Had an amazing experience and can’t wait to return to Jamaica!!!

Great experience - Cornell was very professional and my tour of Jamaica was exceptional I really enjoyed this solo trip I will definitely be returning and I will be booking with him again he gave more tours and great site seeing of Jamaica he was very friendly and knowledgeable

Amazing experience in Negril - Amazing experience with Cornell! Top notch service so laid back, courteous, and a man full of knowledge about Jamaica. We loved our time with him. He treated us with some Pattie and coco bread! Yummy! And he stopped at a local spot for some Oxtail and a coffee/pastry stop.. if you want to go to 7 mile beach and Ricks he is ur man!

Best Day Ever - Highly Recommend! - What a wonderful experience. This was my 5th time traveling to Jamaica and by far my favorite excursion I’ve ever been on. Cornell was an absolute perfect host. Our tour was just my partner and I, I get super anxious in cars typically but Cornell’s vehicle was SO NICE and he is such a great guide and driver I felt really comfortable the entire journey. We went from Montego Bay to Negril for the day. Cornell gave us a verbal history of Jamaica on our journey to negril where he brought us to Seven Mile Beach and gave us three hours to ourselves to hang on the beach until our next destination. We honestly would have loved to have him hang with us on the beach but loved that we had our alone time as well. Along the way we stopped for coconuts and the most incredible beef patties we’ve ever had. Got to Rick’s Cafe at the perfect time to catch the sunset and do some cliff jumps. I cannot recommend this excursion enough. I’ve done all the rafting, catamaran, Dunn’s falls tours but this sticks out from the rest. We can’t wait to book again when we come back next year. Thank you so much Cornell!!

The day trip to Negril I never thought I needed....it was SO WORTH IT and MORE!!! - Had a LOVELY experience with Cornell on this Negril experience. We got picked up from our hotel in Montego Bay and he started us with surprise Jamaican beer and sorrel beer in the car. We were also craving for some Jamaican patties and traditional jerk chicken, and he went out of his way to stop by some great local spots where we got the authentic Jamaican beef and chicken patties, and jerk chicken....such a pleasant gentleman. Very knowledgable and gave us a lot of history on Jamaica. I HIGHLY recommend him whether you're looking for an authentic private or group experience of Negril. The Seven Mile beach in Negril is truly worth the trip in itself.
