• Kathmandu Valley - Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft)

Upon arriving in Kathmandu, an office representative will warmly welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) with an official nameplate. You will be transferred to your accommodation to settle in. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the new surroundings. If you feel energetic, explore the area around your hotel to experience the lively streets and local culture of Kathmandu.

• Kathmandu Valley - Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

This day is dedicated to exploring the historic and cultural landmarks of Kathmandu. Begin at Kathmandu Durbar Square, an ancient palace complex with numerous temples, palaces, and courtyards. Admire the intricate architecture and beautifully carved wooden structures. Next, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, located on a hilltop with panoramic city views. Explore the Buddhist and Hindu shrines and watch playful monkeys. Then, visit Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple complex by the Bagmati River. Observe the cremation Ghats and witness religious rituals. Finally, visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas globally. Walk around the stupa, spin prayer wheels, and enjoy the serene atmosphere.

• Bhaktapur - Day 3: Sightseeing at Patan and Bhaktapur and transfer to Nagarkot.

Today, visit two ancient cities near Kathmandu: Patan and Bhaktapur. In Patan, explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Krishna Temple and Patan Durbar Square. Visit the Patan Museum to learn about Patan’s history and its rulers. Also, see the Golden Temple, a popular site for Hindus and Buddhists. In Bhaktapur, marvel at the well-preserved ancient architecture with wood-carved buildings throughout the city. Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the surroundings, including Nyatopola Temple, one of Nepal’s largest temples. After visiting Bhaktapur, transfer to Nagarkot.

• Nagarkot - Day 4: Nagarkot to Kathmandu and Kathmandu free day.

Today, drive back to Kathmandu. The distance from Nagarkot to Kathmandu is approximately 30 kilometers. The route passes through charming villages, terraced farmlands, and lush forests, offering stunning Himalayan views. Once in Kathmandu, explore its vibrant markets and shop for gifts for loved ones.

• Kathmandu Valley - Day 5: Departure

Today marks the end of your trip. You will receive assistance with onward travel arrangements and be transferred to Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport by private vehicle approximately 3 hours before your flight. Wishing you a safe onward journey.
