I had a childhood thrill! - I dreamed of going to Cappadocia and seeing balloons. A dream come true! Really enjoyed the tour, everything was great! Food, hotel, excursions - 10/10. Guide Ilyas is a professional in his business, interestingly told and showed everything. I'm glad we got lucky with the weather and the balls came in. I'll definitely come back and have a hot air balloon.

The Best Tour ever -Comfort-Care&Cappadocia Magic - Tour from Antalya to Cappadocia – 5 Stars! Just came back from an unforgettable trip from Antalya to Cappadocia, and I can confidently say—it was one of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had! The entire journey was incredibly well-organized. We were picked up on time with zero stress, and the ride was smooth and relaxing. The bus was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with reclining seats that made the long drive easy to enjoy. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke multiple languages, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Along the way, we stopped at beautiful historic sites, adding even more value to the trip. What impressed me the most was the level of care and professionalism. I accidentally left my brand new coat on the bus, and thanks to the amazing guide and operator, they contacted the driver right away. Not only did they locate my coat, but the driver personally brought it back to me. That kind of service deserves 10 stars! If you’re planning to visit Cappadocia from Antalya, I strongly recommend this tour. Five stars, hands down !

A great tour - This experience is a long two days but definitely worth it. The contrast between Antalya and Cappadokia is unbelievable, you're transported from beach holiday to the middle of winter wonderland (at least at the end of March) Scenery is breathtaking, and totally unique. It is a very early start (3:30) and late return (8ish) as the drive takes about 7 hrs one way. I appreciated the fact the visits to jewellers/leather and FUR factory/etc were kept to minimum, were taken only to 3 of them, on second morning. Minibus was comfortable, no toilet, frequent enough comfort stops though. The hotel in Cappadokia was warm, with all mod cons although it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There were a LOT of steps, of various heights, health and safety rather relaxed, the steepest steps were to get to the restaurant, on 4th floor. Dinner and breakfast were included, all good, also chicken dish available (ie not only red meat), great salad buffet. It was quite crowded, especially at breakfast but manageable. Then the negatives, but you have a choice! Breakfast on the way, to put it simply: don't! Costs €5, really not worth it, consists of a boiled egg, 1/4 slice of turkey ham, 2 slices of halved tomato, 3 slices of cucumber, 4 olives, small cheese pastry, very small cheese triangle, fridge cold bread, some kind of dips (4), and black tea. No coffee!! Much tastier option would be to go to Migros day before and buy pastries and snacks. Make sure you have at least one 10TL note on you, you need this to access the toilet on first stop, the turnstiles to the loos are quite hightech and to enter you need to insert the note to go through. Many toilets along the trip are hole on the floor type. Then lunch, equally expensive, €15 for a small bowl of soup, salad, 'testi kebap' typical dish in the area (lamb, beef, some vegs casserole), with rice. No chicken/veggie option. Really not worth it, again bring own food, bearing in mind one of the service station was charging €27 for 2 sandwiches and a bag of crisps. Lunch on second day was again €15 but a lot better, ask the guide order chicken if you prefer, otherwise it's minced beef/lamb shish kebap style however in addition to soup&salad combo they served unusual 70cm long pizza (cheese or meat topping). Except to spend quite a bit on extras: *single room supplement €20 (do not pay for this online, everything is paid to the guide, in cash) * sunset jeep tour, maybe €30 (didn't go) * Turkish night, €40 with drinks included * balloon ride price would've been €180 on the day I was there, varies wildly, in cash as it is a lot easier to refund if it is cancelled... * jeep tour in the morning to go and see balloons €50 (expensive but worth it) Our guide Erdal took good care of us and explained us the basics of each sight/visit. Visits included an underground city, several beauty spots Gõreme and the area where balloons were. All in all, I can fully recommend this excursion. Wrap up warm, not for cool weather but properly cold conditions, was -6C over there.

Value for Money - I decided to booked this trip as it was not too expensive compared to other offers. It was value for money. Capadocia is worth the trip. Beautiful scenery. We paid additional for a Land Rover to take us to see the balloons and that was worth the money as well. I would like to thank our driver for the safe travel. Our tour guide Elias for being nice, patient and pleasant tour. We had a fantastic time. P.S. - we went 3rd week of October and it is very cold up there. You need winter clothes and a good walking shoes. I didn’t know and i went in my sandals. I was the only one wearing sandals!! 🤣Thank God for shops i was able to buy a wrap at £15.00 to keep me warm 🤣

Don't Miss Out on Cappadocia and the Amazing Balloon Ride - Just about everything related to this tour was spectacular! Cappadocia was special and if you are debating about whether to do the balloon ride, I suggest that you go for it. That was one of my top travel experiences ever! The Jeep Safari was also a great deal of fun. The hotel was exceptional and it made me want to stay longer. My guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. My one little complaint was that the driver was on his phone way more than seemed to be necessary. I don't know if that is a cultural thing, but it made the travel uncomfortable, for me.

I would go with a different company or just explore Cappadocia self-guided - I unfortunately have a very unpostive experience on this tour with our guide Mahmut. I knew prior to the tour the company’s policy about only purchasing add on excisions through them, and despite messaging for a price range beforehand, I was not given any information. Our tour guide scammed my friend and I into paying 330 euros for a hot air balloon in Songali vs the more popular spot Goreme. He withheld accurate information on the location, price and time of the excursion and when we wished to cancel he threatened to kick us off the bus and report us to the police. There was an utter lack of information and transparency regarding to tour that he/the tour company should have taken accountability for, especially considering how much money we spent. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and did not apologize for misinformation. The balloon ride was an utter scam, was not at sunrise and there was not a single other balloon in the air.
