Sunrise balloon ride Cappadocia - Everything was so seamlessly done. Our pickup at the hotel was on time, the crew got our balloon up and loaded in time to see an amazing sunrise. The air was magical! Our pilot was so good! You must book a balloon flight if you are In Cappadocia.

Incredible experience! - This sunrise hot air balloon experience was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life! It was absolutely incredible. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly as well. The pilot was fantastic and very talented. He was able to take us very high, 1000 meters up, and also very low towards the popular Göreme cave hotels where we were able to clearly see people on rooftops waving at us. The landscape in Cappadocia is unlike anything I've ever seen before. Absolutely stunning. I appreciate Eric from the Guest Relation Department who did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and responding to my questions very promptly. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Best experience ever! - The balloon ride was amazing! We were picked up on time, but a bit later than other companies, so by the time we arrived at the balloon site, we saw many already in the sky. Our pilot did a great job and flew us up quickly, in time to see the sunrise. Glad for the later pick up, so we could sleep in a bit more. Not only we flew over, but we also descended into the fairy chimneys and rock valleys, almost touching the floor! We were offered hot tea and cake prior to the ride, and after the flight, celebratory non-alcoholic champagne and flight certificate. We had to climb into the basket, but the crew offered little ladder for those that needed some help. This is a MUST do and an experience of a lifetime!

Organized and Friendly - the most important things to look for. - What a fantastic time! Everyone highly recommended doing a hot air balloon at sunrise and this did not disappoint. Pick up was timely! Shuttlebus was clean and modern. Sunrise was beautiful and we are so glad we did it. Team was organized with snacks and a celebratory drink at the end. The boarding process was easy. There were several people to help us get into the balloon basket. They are all using upright baskets so you no longer need to crouch when we land. The balloon was ready to fly so minimal waiting time. They gave us opportunity to purchase a photo or video of the balloon flight that they took. They had a fancy 360 camera that they took pictures with. It's an hour long flight of enjoying the valley. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and friendly. Eric, the person who managed our booking, was responsive and helpful.

Hot Air Baloon - Great service for a wonderful location, the service provider and Eric our relationship manager were very professional and prompt with their responses and arrangements.

they cancelled $200 reservation at last minute . you can book it again for $420. - Not a trust worthy balloon operator because I got the feeling that they were cancelling lower price reservation to get higher profit from much higher price reservation in April. Our balloon ride was cancelled the day before by this Tour Point company citing adverse weather condition so they would close down not wanting to take the risk. The weather forecast for the week leading up to 4/18 indicated dry, sunny warm , low wind weather with a high of 21C for 4/18 & morning of 4/19 (lucky for us as 3 days ago the high was near freezing point so we heard lots of balloon ride cancellations 2-3 days ago). I don't know what adverse weather condition they were referring to. We were physically at Goreme by 4/17 morning and it was a sunny, dry, warm day. We could tell the weather couldn't be better for the hot Air balloon ride the next day. It was warm and not windy. The tour operator insisted that the weather was adverse and will refund the money to us. So the highly anticipated balloon trip was terminated for a reason that's a completely lie. We would have believe them if we weren't at Cappadocia already and know the weather is nothing but adverse. Sure enough , everyone in Goreme can see all of the 100+ balloons drifting in the air @6:30am on 4/18. Then again on 4/19 morning, the balloons took off just fine too on because the weather was perfect that morning as well. Last minute cancellation caused inconvenience to our trip planning as it was difficult to find another balloon operator for reasonable price at the last minute. Also when we booked it a few months ago it was $200/person. Now due to many weather related cancellations from 3 days ago, the price shot up to $420 per person. I think this balloon company was just selling our lower price spots to get more money from the new reservation. We had actually 2 separate bookings with this company & another company for 2 groups of people going on the ride on a back to back date. The other booking was $250/person when we booked it. We encountered the same exact issue with the other balloon operators. They're probably the same group of people because the other company also cancelled the trip the last minute by lying about adverse weather.

SCAMMERS LIARS DO NOT TRUST - I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I booked months ago on Viator for a sunrise balloon flight in Goreme on Saturday, 19 April. They cancelled the morning of the flight saying that the balloons were not flying because of the weather. But the balloons were in fact flying on Saturday, 19 April 2025. Complete liars. Go with another company in Cappadocia.

Use other company - The place it's beautiful, choose other company. This company its' totally misleading adverting a comfort balloon flight (which it's 20 people) then will give you a standard flight (28 people) In our flight the 3rd person next to us would not move even a minute for us to take 1 picture together. He was always at front. in instead of the Champagne that was advertised they supplied bottles with energy drinks (was disgusting,) We used a translating app to see what the bottles had and label was Energy drink They arrived very late to pick up too.
