Good experience - We were with a group of friendly photographers touring a part of India. Hargovin one of the owners of the agency was with us accompanying us. He is a guide in Spanish and his pronunciation is very good. He knows well about the history of India and also his willingness to fulfill everything you ask him is very great. He cares about indulging you in everything. We made a good friendship and I highly recommend it

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Bookings & Poor unprofessional Service by the Agency: Guides and Driver the best! - We recently booked a 7-day trip to India through Viaje de Alma, including stays at 5-star hotels in Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra, with a Spanish-speaking guide, daily breakfast, and buffet lunch. Unfortunately, our experience with the agency was far from what was promised. Despite receiving hotel vouchers in advance for Crowne Plaza (Delhi), Radisson (Jaipur), and Mercure (Agra) as part of our package, upon arrival, we were taken to three entirely different (and cheaper) hotels at each destination. The worst was in Agra, where instead of a 5-star hotel or an equivalent, we were placed in a 3-star hotel (as per Booking.com) or 4-star (according to the staff). Additionally, we did not receive the buffet lunch for the first three days of our trip, having to repeatedly complain to the agency. From the fourth day, they compensated by covering lunch and dinner, but we were taken to places where we could barely eat. The agency even complained to us about the cost of hotel dinners, which was completely unprofessional. To make up for the inconvenience, they did provide an extra room, which we appreciated. However, the constant issues, complaints, and discussions every single day completely ruined our vacation. I do not recommend this agency. The Only Positive Side: The People Who Helped Us Despite the agency’s shortcomings, our guides and driver made our trip more bearable. • Guide in Delhi - Vikas Rajak: Very kind, friendly, and supportive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Guide in Jaipur - Shashank: Highly professional, supportive, and speaks excellent Spanish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ • Guide in Agra: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Driver (Deepak): Drove us throughout the trip, excellent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While we appreciated the service provided by our guides and driver, the poor organization, deception regarding hotel accommodations, and lack of professionalism from the agency made this a stressful and disappointing experience. Would not book with them again.
