Incredible Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan in 7 days - Excellent road trip. Impressive sites. We could visit every location, museum, palace, temple proposed in the program but for sure in one week we only had an "overview". There are a lot of other sites to see in New Delhi for example or we could have stayed a little bit longer in Udaipur to feel the incredible relaxing atmosphere and visit other interesting sites near this town. Hotels were as good as expected. The ones in Jodhpur and Udaipur were amazing : one looked like a palace in a large green setting, the other one possesses a magnificent view around the town and on Pichola lake from its rooftop. Our driver Prem (Love in Hindi) was very careful on the road (it is a huge compliment for Indian drivers :-) ) and thoughtful.

The trip of a lifetime with Pacific Classic Tours - The trip of a lifetime with Pacific Classic Tours 10/10 A++++ 5 Stars What can I say? This has been an incredible, magical, trip of a lifetime - and one I hope to repeat to do all the things there wasn't time to do, and visit all the places we just couldn't possibly squeeze in.  While my husband and I were a little apprehensive at the sheer volume of activities across five cities over seven days, the  Pacific Classic Tours ensured that every little detail was taken care of, and under the care of some absolutely wonderful local guides (and the incredible Mr. Prem who was our driver, confidant, and advisor for the whole tour) we did not once feel like we were overdoing it. Special thanks to Prashant in Delhi for his wit and humour as we toured the capital, and his grace and elegant pivot as we tore up our planned itinerary in Delhi to request a visit to the Jama Masjid and a walk around the narrow alleys of the old town.  Special thanks also to Vijay, our companion in Agra who is an unreasonably happy individual for someone responsible for dawn tours - and an incredible aspiring photographer to boot. A couple of examples of some of the wonderful pictures he took for us while visiting one of the most magical places on earth, the Taj Mahal. Both my husband and I were absolutely delighted with the warmth and sheer breadth of knowledge from our guide in Jaipur, Ashok, who regaled us with everything from tales of antiquity, insights into human nature, indian diets and health, stories from multiple religions, palmistry, and some incredible information on horoscopes - all while visit the magnificent Amber Palace, the Wind and Water Palaces, and the inspiring Jantar Mantar Observatory. Two nights in Jodphur under the care of Rakesh - the amazing Blue City, with the incredible Mehrangarh Fort and the Jaswant Thada cenotaph. Selfie heaven. Amazing other photo opportunities around the Clock Tower Market (Ghanta Ghar and the Sardar Market). Lastly, in Udaipur, with the very high-energy Sakib, we got to enjoy an extensive walk around the city, stopping at the Jagdish temple and the City Palace of Udaipur, followed by a wonderfully refreshing boat cruise across Lake Pichola. We skipped the visit to the Bagore Ki Haveli Museum to explore the local Bazaars selling local produce - most stores we closed given it was a Sunday, but the stunning colours of the women out buying produce was absolutely amazing to see.  Truly a trip of a lifetime. The colours. The food. The people. The sites and sounds. Cannot recommend it enough.

A magical curated tour of India - Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur - A+++++ Our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to our guide, Mr. Prem Varma, for his kind care and attention, his genuine patience and attentiveness during our seven days together touring across the golden triangle and beyond. From the breathtaking dawn tour of the Taj Mahal in Agra, to the Water and Wind Palaces of Jaipur, the Mehrangarh Fort of Jodphur, and the uplifting boat cruise across Lake Pichola in Udaipur, Mr. Prem was our unflagging, uncomplaining, and endlessly entertaining guide and driver - and putting up with myself and my wife for multiple 5+ hour drives is no mean feat. Mr. Prem's wonderful insights into the regions through which we travelled, his constant efforts to ensure we have everything we need - including my particular penchant for old watch stores selling vintage timepieces, which he hunted down in each city we visited - was a constant source of delight. Mr. Prem's superb language skills, his unfailing punctuality, and very genuine personal generosity was the perfect compliment to the splendor and magnificence of our all too short tour of Rajasthan. Highly recommended tour, and if you can secure the services of Mr. Prem, I can guarantee a wonderful experience.

Family Fun with Pacific Classic Tours - My family and I took a nine-day tour with Pacific Classic Tours in January before heading to a wedding in Bangalore. It was an amazing experience. We LOVED our tour guide Mahesh. He was quite knowledgeable on all of the places we visited, was flexible in tweaking the schedule as needed, and was a master at identifying and taking the very best pictures! We consider ourselves lucky to have been under his incredible care! Our accommodations were lovely and most welcome after long days of touring. They were absolutely worthy of the five-star ratings, although some required more driving to get to than we might have liked. Our two drivers were quite competent - which is no small feat as driving in India is like nothing we have ever experienced. We also appreciated Shakul and his planning skills both in advance of the trip and as itinerary changes were made. The one thing we would change if we had to do it again is to stay longer in fewer places. We squeezed in more cities than was humanely possible, which resulted in more driving and less touring than was ideal. Bottom line, it was a great trip that we will always remember. Thank you, Pacific Classic for making it possible.

Amazing trip, highly recommend - Solo traveller travelling for the first time in this magical part of India. I’ve loved the colour and opulence of Rajasthan, it’s incredibly photogenic. Was extremely well looked after by the very capable Prem, who not only was a great driver, but also made me feel very comfortable and safe. He was brilliant. Guides in each city had great local knowledge and made it a terrific experience. I chose my own accommodation… and shopped a lot! Beautiful part of the world and great tour. Highly recommend.

A first class experience of India! - We had an unforgettable experience in India thanks to Pacific Tour company. Our driver, Mr. Prem, was an expert at navigating the tricky driving conditions (and many cows) and he is also a humble, kind man. I trust him with my life. We told the company what cities we wanted to see and they did the rest, planning satisfying itineraries that still gave us time to rest and enjoy our vacation. Each city had a native guide who expertly navigated and explained the cultural significance of each activity. Over the course of our trip, we were exposed to diverse places, people and trades and are grateful for the experience. I highly recommend this company for a trip you will never forget!

Fantastic Tour of Delhi and Rajasthan — Mr. Prem made it all possible. Safe, fun, and lots of sightseeing. - My wife and I (US citizens) did a custom 11 day tour of India. Mr. Prem was our driver — expertly navigating the roads, deserts, and mountains of India. This included dodging cows, dogs, and other animals that would come out of no where! Mr. Prem and the entire tour company did a great job. Mr. Prem was very courteous, punctual, spoke great English, always in a cheerful mood, and always willing to help. We weren’t going to book a private driver when we came to India, but I’m glad we did. And I would choose Mr. Prem every time.
