Great Cooperation And Service Throughout - We found the tour on Tour Radar but organised directly through WTX because we wanted to vary what was on offer with the Golden Triangle tours slightly. Very happy with Chandra who helped us there and our driver (Mahnsi?). Ended up a private tour at no extra cost due to Donald’s plane disruptions to those coming from Europe. Great accommodation, guides were good although we weren’t interested in some of the retail outlets they wanted to steer us towards. One hiccup trying to get to Taj Mahal the same day as a Ranthambore morning safari but that was our fault setting the itinerary as we weren’t aware the Taj was closed on Fridays. We left the official tour at Agra and took a train Chandra had booked for us to Varanasi.

Outstanding - This was awesome. It ran like clockwork and that is largely due to our excellent driver. He was superb. Patient, engaging, accommodating and relentless. We drove a lot of miles and it didn't feel like it. We never got bored looking at the spectacle of India. Everything we got somewhere new a guide was waiting for us. When we finished each visit our driver was right there. We were like celebrities. We saw so much, did so much and learned so much. What a wonderful way to start our India journey. Don't doubt World Experience Travel. This was flawless.

Golden Triangle 8 days including Rathenborne National Park. - What a fabulous experience, a really well organised tour with great communication and information throughout. Collected at Delhi by our superb driver Dasrath who was our companion for the entire trip, the transport was immaculate and his driving superb. Our hotels and tours were of the highest quality, tour guides at all locations were knowledgeable and informative, we were taken to good locations for lunch and advised on how to conduct ourselves, so as to avoid hassle. Be aware there is a lot of travel in this trip, but time passes quickly as India is diverse and entertaining, adequate opportunities for rest and relaxation are given. WTX are an excellent company to travel with, as are Viator who our tour was booked through.

Golden Triangle and Rathenborne National Park - From booking this experience 3 months ago communication and information from the company (WTX world travel experience) booked with has been of the highest standard. Information on Hotels and itinerary were sent along with Driver and car details. We were met at Delhi Airport by our driver Dasrath who accompanied us our 8 day tour, he was always polite, courteous and watched out for us. His driving skills were extraordinary making us feel safe in India's somewhat chaotic traffic. Our transport was a spotless, comfortable and spacious SUV. There is a lot of time spent traveling on this trip, but Indian culture and scenery makes the time fly. Hotels were the Radisson Blu in Dwaka Delhi, Indiana Palace Jaipur, Aamaghati Wildlife Resort and the Radisson Agra, all the Hotels were of excellent quality (included Breakfast) and comfort. Excellent English speaking guides were appointed to us in the cities visited, they also took us to excellent places for lunch. Guides accompanied us in the national park and we did see Tigers on our afternoon safari but not the morning. All in all an amazing well organized trip, by an excellent company.

Great experience - Amazing Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore – Perfectly Organized! We were three people, and we booked the Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore through World Travel Experiences, Delhi – and honestly, it was fabulous! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly arranged. The hotels were very comfortable and clean, the guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and our driver was excellent – always on time, polite, and drove safely throughout the journey. The service provided by the company was outstanding. They took care of every small detail, which made the whole trip completely hassle-free and enjoyable. The highlight of our trip was definitely Ranthambore National Park, where we were incredibly lucky to spot two tigers during our safari! It was an unforgettable experience and the perfect addition to our Golden Triangle adventure. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend World Travel Experiences to anyone planning a trip to India. They truly deliver what they promise – excellent service, great value, and memorable experiences!

A beautiful tour, but not without some minor shortcomings. - As of writing, I just finished a Golden triangle plus Ranthambore tour with World Travel Experiences and wanted to share my impressions so that anybody else considering such a tour can be fully informed. To start with the positives: Considering the hotel bookings, itinerary planning, tour organization, and driver and car hiring was all included in the package, the price was really good for what we got. Since I normally plan our trips myself, I spent the lead up to this worried that I was paying for just a fraction of what was promised. Bottom line, I think the price was worth it. Most everything was taken care of by WTX prior to our arrival and it alleviated much of the stress that comes with these things. Our driver, Ram, was with us the whole trip. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. He never failed to retrieve us at the decided time or deliver us to our destination ahead of estimates. He was friendly and accommodating as well as communicative with us as well as the tour company. The hired guides, a different one in each city, were largely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The safaris in Ranthambore were awesome. We never saw a tiger, but the variety of wildlife was stunning and well worth the price of admission. I could think of many worse ways to spend a morning than in an open top jeep exploring the jungle and its many denizens. Those areas that could bear improvement: The restaurants we were brought to had tasty food and good service, but they were all clearly geared toward tourists. With menus that included sections for pasta, pizza, chinese, etc. they were all clearly intended to accommodate the palates of sightseers who may not have been in the country for the food. This was my 40th birthday trip and was inspired by the fact that we get Indian food every year on my birthday. I enjoy rich deep flavors and liberal spice. The places this tour company brought us, along with groups and guides from other companies, did not satisfy my yearning for what I believed real local cuisine would taste like. As most tourists, I was warned away from the street food, but I would have thought that ordering medium spice in an Indian restaurant in India would have provided me with something a little more robust than American mild. I left each dining experience well fed, but with my tongue un-tested and I feel that was unsatisfactory. In each city visited we were brought, ostensibly as part of the sightseeing tour, to local specialty shops. We were offered tea and given product demonstrations, which was nice, but each resulted in a sort of high-pressure sales situation. I will admit, we bought some small something at most, but it still felt like part of our day was taken for this purpose and we do not tend to be big shoppers when we travel. It is our theory that some of the cost of the tour is subsidized by these retailers and that is why the tour price seemed so reasonable, but when we tried to refuse one of these our guide and driver were quite insistent we go inside. The individual guides kept a fairly strict itinerary for each of the locations we visited and the emphasis was more on ticking off pre-prescribed photo-ops than exploration. They all shared a lot of good information about the sites and history, but I don’t travel for instagram and I felt like the guides were more interested in getting us moved through the monuments at their pace than letting me experience it as I wanted. To that point, I was dissuaded from visiting the Red Fort in Delhi having been told that it is identical in construction to Agra Fort and that only a small part of it was accessible. The internet doesn’t support those claims so I feel like I was robbed of an experience. I don’t normally buy guided tours and if you’re like me and like to feel a connection to how people might have lived their lives when these things were built and immerse yourself in the surroundings this tour may be less than satisfactory. As I alluded, what little we saw of India demonstrated an incredible, fascinating, deeply alive country of rare extremes and inexpressible beauty. I’m grateful to the team at World Travel Experiences for making this initial visit smooth and comfortable. I wouldn’t have been able to organize this trip without their expertise, so I think for any first-time visitor to India, they are well worth using. I think next time, however, I might opt for a slightly more hands-on approach to planning to ensure my dining and monument experiences are a little better curated for me.
