ARRIVAL AND SIGHTSEEING IN DELHI

New Delhi - The tour begins at 10 AM. If you arrive in the morning on the tour start date, a representative will greet you at the airport. Alternatively, pick-up from your hotel in Delhi can be arranged. Upon arrival in Delhi, after completing customs formalities, meet the MTA representative. The representative will be waiting outside Gate Number 4 with a placard displaying your name.

Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid) - Begin your day by exploring Old Delhi, also known as Shahjahanabad. Visit the renowned Jama Masjid, India’s largest Friday Mosque, accommodating up to 20,000 worshippers. Afterward, enjoy a pedal rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of the famous Chandni Chowk Market.

Raj Ghat - Continue to Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, revered as the Father of the Nation.

India Gate - In the afternoon, drive through the colonial monuments of Delhi, passing Rajpath to view the Parliament House, the President’s House, and India Gate.

Qutub Minar - Conclude your day with a visit to Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, constructed in 1193 by Qutub Ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi. Proceed to the hotel for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay in Delhi.

DELHI - LEH By Flight (Domestic flight - Approximately 1.15 Hours)

Leh - Take a morning flight to Leh, the capital of Ladakh, situated at approximately 3500 meters above sea level. An afternoon rest is essential for acclimatization. Dinner and overnight stay.

Thiksey Monastery - Visit Thiksey Monastery, a large complex and significant study center for monks, and Hemis, one of the country’s most important monasteries, housing an excellent collection of sacred texts and the largest Tanka of Ladakh. Enjoy a photographic stop at Shey Monastery. In the afternoon, visit Spituk Monastery and Phyang Monastery, which feature numerous rooms with collections of bronzes, ancient paintings, and tantric rooms. Dinner and overnight stay.

SRINAGAR - DELHI BY FLIGHT (Domestic Flight - Approximately 1.30 Hours)

Shalimar Bagh - After breakfast, visit the stunning Mughal Gardens, including Shalimar Bagh, the largest Mughal garden in India, located northeast of Dal Lake near Srinagar city. The garden is especially beautiful during autumn and spring. Next, visit Nishat Bagh, the Garden of Gladness, the second-largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley, situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background, offering a magnificent view of the Pir Panjal mountain range.
