New Delhi - Upon arriving in Delhi, a representative will greet you at the airport outside Gate No. 5 with a placard displaying your name. Alternatively, pickup can be arranged from your hotel if preferred.

Qutub Minar - After meeting your representative, start your sightseeing with a visit to Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This 73-meter tall minaret, constructed in 1193, is a remarkable example of Indo-Islamic architecture, featuring intricate carvings and inscriptions.

Jama Masjid Metro Gate Number 1 - Explore Old Delhi, also known as Shahjahanabad, beginning with a visit to Jama Masjid, India’s largest Friday mosque, accommodating up to 20,000 worshippers. Afterwards, enjoy a traditional cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk Market.

Raj Ghat - Visit Rajghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, set on a serene black marble platform surrounded by gardens.

India Gate - Explore Colonial Delhi’s landmarks with a drive along Rajpath, passing Parliament House, the President’s House, and the iconic India Gate.

Delhi – Agra (200 KM – 4 Hrs Approx, Excluding Stops)

Taj Mahal - Drive to Agra and visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, a stunning example of Mughal architecture. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in white marble and inlaid with semi-precious stones, it honors the memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Please Note: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.

Agra Fort - Proceed to Agra Fort, located just a kilometer from the Taj Mahal on the banks of the Yamuna River. Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 on the foundations of the Lodi dynasty’s fort, it was expanded by his successors and served as the residence of the Mughal rulers, featuring impressive palaces and royal gardens.

Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Abhaneri – Jaipur (260 KM – 5 Hrs Approx, Excluding Stops)

Fatehpur Sikri - Drive to Jaipur, stopping along the way to visit the Ghost City of Fatehpur Sikri, a city built in red sandstone by Emperor Akbar and abandoned after only twelve years of use. The citadel retains the charm of the medieval atmosphere that characterized it.

Chand Baori (Step well) - Take a second stop at Abhaneri to visit the famous monumental stepwell “baoli” built in sandstone in the ninth century, then proceed towards Jaipur.
Please Note: At Abhaneri, there are not many guides, so sightseeing might not be possible with a guide.

Jaipur Sightseeing

City Palace of Jaipur - Morning excursion to Jaipur’s City Palace, a royal complex that includes the Maharaja’s private apartments and a museum showcasing exquisite carpets, miniatures, and artifacts. En route, stop for photos at the iconic Hawa Mahal.

Jantar Mantar - Jaipur - Next, visit Jantar Mantar, the 17th-century astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. It features advanced instruments to track stars, calculate eclipses, and determine ascendants, with its 27-meter-high sundial at the center capable of measuring time with two-second precision.

Jaipur – Delhi - Varanasi (5 Hrs to Delhi and Flight to Varanasi)

Sarnath - Early in the morning, transfer to Delhi airport for your flight to Varanasi. On arrival, meet our representative and begin your guided tour. Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest cities and one of the seven holy cities of Hinduism, lies on the banks of the sacred Ganges. Known as the “City of Life,” it is a sacred place where Hindus seek spiritual cleansing and liberation from the cycle of reincarnation. In the afternoon, visit Sarnath, a revered Buddhist site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.

Note: Subject to availability, a direct flight from Jaipur to Varanasi may be provided instead of from Delhi.

Ganga Aarti - In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti on the riverbanks, a beautiful ceremony of light where priests offer prayers and sing sacred songs to honor the river.

Note: The Ganga Aarti may not be possible during the monsoon season if water levels are high.

Varanasi - Allahabad (150 Km - 3-4 Hrs Excluding Stops)

Ganges River - Wake up before dawn for a boat ride on the Ganges, observing devotees performing rituals to cleanse themselves of sins.

Note: During August and the monsoon months, the boat ride may not be possible due to high water levels.

Triveni Sangam Allahabad - Transfer to Prayagraj (Allahabad), famous for the Sangam, where the Ganga meets its tributaries, Yamuna and the hidden Saraswati. Upon arrival, explore the city and visit the Sangam, the sacred confluence of the three rivers.

Anand Bhavan - Visit Anand Bhawan, the ancestral home of Jawaharlal Nehru, which has now been converted into a museum showcasing his life and legacy.

Khusro Bagh - Visit Khusro Bagh, the historic garden complex housing the tomb of Amir Khusro.

Allahabad - Khajuraho (277 Km – 7 Hrs Excluding Stops)

Khajuraho - Transfer to Khajuraho, a town famous for its temples adorned with intricate erotic sculptures. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy some free time to relax or explore optional activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Khajuraho - Orchha (150 KM – 4 HRS Excluding Stops)

Khajuraho Temples - Morning dedicated to exploring the remarkable Khajuraho temples, built between the 9th and 11th centuries. Visit the Western Group of temples, dedicated to Hindu deities, famous for their exquisite architecture and intricate erotic sculptures, many depicting Tantra mudras. Originally 84 temples existed, one for each Kamasutra posture, but only 33 remain today, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region. Next, explore the Eastern Group of temples, dedicated to Jain Tirthankaras and the Jain religion. Later, transfer to Orchha, a historic town of Bundelkhand, known for its colorful streets and beautiful temples with tall spires called Chhatris.

Orchha - Gwalior (150 KM – 4 Hrs Excluding Stops)

Jahangir Mahal - In the morning, explore Orchha, including the iconic Jahangir Mahal and other 16th-century monuments. After sightseeing, transfer to Gwalior.

Gwalior - Delhi (Train)

Gwalior Fort - Visit Gwalior, a princely state renowned for its culture and heritage. Explore the magnificent Gwalior Fort, noted for its Hindu architecture and nearby temples. On the way down, stop at Gopachal Parvat to photograph the giant rock-carved statues of Jain saints. Later, transfer to the railway station for your train to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
