Hold tight, Dorothy, you're gonna leave Kansas - I've been to India 10+ times, walked tours in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kerala, but this one was with incredible Mr. Jain Singh really exceptional and eye-opening. To start with, the booking of this tour was made very last minute, in the morning of the same day (tour started at 15pm Saturday). Immediately I have received a whatsapp message from the guide with confirmation, google maps location of the starting point, and a few tips, and it wasn't an automessage from CRM - very nice! The tour started on time and according to the program, but very soon you forget about itinerary and time. Fasten your seatbelt Dorothy, hold your jaw, and watch your pockets as it's going to be the most dense and intense tour you have ever walked. I strongly advise to have a good lunch and take a snack or protein bar as you are not likely to eat the food you are going to see around. Jai will take you to see real India and narrates on perfect English. I strongly advise to use this unique opportunity. 10/10

An Unforgettable Tour with Jay in Delhi! - Jay is an exceptional guide with deep knowledge of Delhi’s history, culture, and religions. He effortlessly brings the city’s past to life, sharing fascinating insights on who built what, when, and why. His expertise extends beyond well-known landmarks—he knows all the hidden gems, making the experience truly unique. Navigating Old Delhi’s bustling streets can be overwhelming, but with Jay, it’s a breeze. He seamlessly organizes tuk-tuks at fair prices and expertly guides you through the labyrinthine alleys. Even in the busiest markets, he always finds a peaceful spot to pause and take in the surroundings. A highlight of our tour was meeting the owner of two beautifully restored havelis—historic 100-year-old townhouses—which gave us a rare glimpse into 19th-century life in Delhi. We also visited some stunning mosques, adding to the richness of the experience. On top of all this, Jay is a fantastic photographer! Whether capturing candid moments or pointing out the perfect photo spots, he ensures you leave with incredible memories. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an insightful, well-organized, and truly immersive tour of Delhi!

Amazing, not to be missed, tour! - Excellent tour! Jai and this tour were great. He picked us up early from our hotel (8:30) to beat the crowds which allowed us to experience the mosque and Old Delhi in the peace of the morning. He walked us all around pointing out details and insights we would have missed and not appreciated if we were on our own. The tour through the winding streets and alleys of the neighborhoods was wonderful. It allowed us to understand the culture and the organized chaos of daily life. We saw areas where no other tourists were going and had an amazing masala chai among the large bushels of chile peppers. When he realized we had extra time available he quickly suggested a visit to a havelli cultural center where we were entertained with traditional music and dance as well as served a lovely lunch in a quiet courtyard. I will be recommending this to anyone know Will be in the area and reading out to Jai if we have another free day.

The best guided tour ever! - Had a fantastic tour of Old Delhi with Jai while I was on a business trip to Delhi. The tour started at the spice market as I needed to change Euros and ended at the Jama Mosque in the perfect evening light where the square was filled with families waiting for sunset to have a picnic as it was Ramadan. Climbed the tower and saw the mosque from above without any other tourists. Enjoyed a tuktuk and a riksja ride through the buzzling streets of Old Delhi. Was very lucky that there was only one other guest on the tour. Jai is a very knowledgeable guide and very flexible. He helped arrange a transfer to and from my hotel which was outside Delhi and trusted me as I had no Indian rupees as the ATM near my hotel was broken. I can highly recommend him as a guide.
