• Gurudwara Bangla Sahib - Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is a Sikh Temple located in the heart of the capital city. It is one of the most significant and sacred Sikh shrines. The grounds include the Gurudwara, a kitchen, a large (holy) pond, a school, and an art gallery. As with all Sikh Gurudwaras, the concept of Langar (Community Kitchen) is practiced, and everyone, regardless of race or religion, is welcome to eat in the Gurdwara kitchen (langar hall). The food is prepared by gursikhs who work there and by volunteers who wish to help. Visitors are requested to cover their heads and remove their shoes. Anyone can volunteer at the Gurudwara.
