• India Gate - Begin your journey with a hotel pick-up in a private cab and head to India Gate. India Gate is a war memorial located in New Delhi, India. It was constructed in 1931 to honor the soldiers of the British Indian Army who died in World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War. Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the 42-meter-high arch resembles the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Beneath it burns the Amar Jawan Jyoti, an eternal flame honoring the unknown soldiers.
