Comfortable visit to Agra from Delhi. - The excursion from Delhi to Agra was organized by Russian-speaking guide Ali. Used his services a second time. One year ago, I really liked it. I'm here now with my wife who wanted to see the Taj Mahal. The driver picked us up at our convenience, the car is comfortable. Ali met in Agra and led a tour of the pre-arranged programme, the tickets were booked remotely, there were no queues. Very convenient as the tour is individual and you get information on the objects you are interested in. Also visited the local fort. The hotel arrived at the scheduled time. I recommend it!!!

Great trip to Agra - Great tour! Mass of impressions!!! Highly recommended. The Taj Mahal temple itself is certainly beautiful, Agra Fort was very enjoyed, and the organization of the tour is impeccable. All on time, sent detailed instructions in advance, explained what and where... the driver arrived at the hotel a little earlier and drove carefully. I met a guide on the spot. I bought tickets without queuing, knew all the subtleties and tricks of a quick security check (this is important because there are always a lot of tourists and queues oh what!). By the way, the guide Tushar has a good command of the Russian language (living and studying in Russia for several years) and knew the history of India perfectly well (having graduated from the historical institute in India). It's the perfect combination for a guide. He talked interestingly, not limited to dry historical facts, with different stories not only of the Taj Mahal temple, but also of the people and the country as a whole. Culture, values, characteristics and differences of all religions. Listening to the guide all day! They asked us how much time we had. We had all day and the guide spent it with us. Not limited to 2-3 hours, but talked all day about the temple, the fort and the city of Agrú itself. At our request, I found a great restaurant for lunch and small shops to buy souvenirs that are better and cheaper than they sell at the entrance to the Taj Mahal. The weather couldn't meet dawn, so we took a tour leaving at 7.00 a.m. Returned to the hotel just after 9 p.m. We arrived thrilled and with a suitcase of impressions!

Fantastic trip ! - Fantastique tour! Everything was perfect! Very nice & welcoming driver and guide, they told us everything about Taj Mahal, Agra, history of India and gave us a lot of practical tips and local information! We were treated as long awaited guests and were in complete security. And the place is so beautiful and inspiring, no need to say it! We also had fresh water & snacks in the car and had à lunch with Good indian food! Besides, the tour is not expensive as compared to the tours proposed by the hotels. Thank you, Ali ! We highly recommend this this tour and this tourist company !

Vivid impressions - My sister and I recently returned from a tour of India and were most vividly and staggeringly impressed by a trip to the Taj Mahal with guide Ali. We booked a tour online, made a small advance payment as a guarantee of our intentions. Immediately received a contact guide to correspond and clarify details. Ali knows Russian very well , and besides the fact that we have received a lot of interesting information, this young man is very nice to talk to: he has a great sense of humor, he easily finds common ground with people, you can see this in relation to us tourists and the way he communicates with the staff of the Taj Mahal etc. The driver here is also a very nice and polite young man, and most importantly - punctual, picked us up at the hotel exactly at the scheduled time. Went to the Taj Mahal very quickly because of Ali's experience. Our guide helped us with the photos, told us the best places for the photos. I really liked the fort where the Maharajas lived. The stories Ali told about the life and events of that time allowed the opulence and color of the life of the rulers to be painted. Ali and I had lunch at a restaurant with local food, and we really enjoyed it. Visited the factory, where they currently make wonderful inlays and souvenirs. The experience of the trip is the most wonderful. If we come to India again, we plan to visit Jaipur, we will definitely use the services of a guide again.

We expected more, the tour was very disappointing - We booked two tours from Private India Guided Tours or Ali: Agra and Jaipur. The tour to Agra, unfortunately, disappointed us, since on the Internet on almost all possible pages for searching for Russian-speaking guides in India, “tours from Ali,” especially to Agra and Jaipur, are the most advertised and with higher ratings. Therefore, relying on the fact that the company probably values its reputation, high rating and limited choice, we chose a trip to Agra with Private India Guided Tours, that is, a tour to Agra from Ali. 1. Road The driver met us at the hotel punctually.2 The car is not great, but ok. Not all seat belts in the car are working properly. I also doubt the complete technical serviceability of the car, since no matter which way the driver is driving, right or left, the right turn signals constantly blink and do not turn off, even if you are driving to the left. And seat belts and the condition of the car are very important, since the driver Shoeb has a very specific and risky way of driving the car. He constantly beeps, jerks left and right, and tries to overtake all the cars. Very nervous driving style, absolutely unprofessional. On the way to Agra, he almost fell asleep in the car (so it seemed to both me and my husband). Unfortunately, when traveling to Jaipur we had the same driver, it was even worse. 2. Our guide Ali met us in Agra. He talked a little about Agra and its sights and showed some interesting things. But there was not enough information. Ali spent most of his time, probably more than half, with his phone. We expected more, a more interesting and educational excursion. Reviews often say that guides take good photos, but this is not our case either. Complete disappointment. 3. Lunch. At the Taj restaurant. In fact, this is not a restaurant, but a roadside eatery. Ali himself ordered the dishes. We didn't see the menu or the prices. We paid about 6500 rupees for lunch for 4 people. It's about 60 euros. Lunch included: tomato soup, which the children called watered-down ketchup, 1 small plate of chicken curry (one plate for four people, not each), 1 plate of vegetarian curry, one plate of pasta with some kind of sauce that no one touched, more pasta or noodles, more like Chinese, rice, micro portion of French fries for four... All dishes were served on one plate and then divided among four people. Anyone can understand that at Indian prices, even in a good restaurant it does not cost 6,500 rupees. And this is an ordinary roadside eatery. You can find this restaurant-eatery and its menu with prices on the Internet. For drinks we paid directly to the restaurant, but for lunch we had to pay the guide himself, which, of course, suggests that some part of the money will remain with the guide, and the restaurant will not receive everything that we paid for lunch. 4. Inlay and jewelry store. At the end, they brought us to the workshop where they do inlay work, showed us a little how it is made, and then for a very long time and obsessively persuaded us to buy something. Prices for a small primitive plate start at around 80-100 euros, a normal beautiful thing costs about 300 euros and more. We didn't buy anything. Afterwards we were taken to a jewelry store. We were prepared for visiting this store by constantly mentioning during the excursion the miraculous properties of the stones. But, in our opinion, the prices in the store are also very high. The sellers, even playing on the feelings of the parents (“Dad, buy it for your daughter, she likes it that way”), never managed to persuade us to buy anything. We expected much more from this excursion. The only thing I can say is that at the same time as the excursion to Agra, we booked an excursion to Jaikur. In terms of quality, excursion service and travel, the excursion to Jaipur was even worse. By the way, we and our children really liked the cities of Agra and Jaipur themselves, and we plan to return there in the near future to enjoy all their attractions. But without “tours from Ali”.
