Ensure all airport requirements are met with the VIP Meet & Assist service at Mumbai Airport (Terminal 2). A welcoming representative will greet you upon arrival at the end of the aerobridge or jetway, holding a sign with the lead guest’s name. After meeting the representative, you will be transported in an electric cart (subject to availability and the location of the de-boarding gate) to the immigration hall. Assistance will be provided for completing the immigration form. A dedicated porter will then help with luggage at the baggage belt and transfer it to the parking area or your waiting vehicle in front of the terminal.
Flight details, including flight number, arrival/landing time, passport number, and date of birth, must be provided at the time of booking. You may also provide contact details for handover to the driver or whoever is picking you up.
Please note that the flight will be monitored on our end, and regardless of whether it is early or delayed, the Meet & Assist executive will be present to welcome the guest. However, only delays of up to one hour can be accommodated for the service.

Experience a seamless arrival in Mumbai by pre-booking this VIP assistance service. This exclusive service offers personalized support, including transportation in an electric cart/buggy upon your arrival at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (Terminal 2). A professional, English-speaking executive will be on hand to assist as soon as you enter the terminal complex, after disembarking the plane and crossing the aerobridge/jetway.
- A maximum of 8 people per booking
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Electric cart in the terminal is subject to availability & location of the gate at which the flight arrives. In case a flight connects to any of the gates / aerobrdiges that are close to the exit leading to the immigation hall (which requires minimal walking) an electric cart will not be used
- Porter will carry luggage and transfer to the waiting vehicle that comes in front of the terminal. The porter cannot carry luggage till parking.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
- The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
- Service duration is maximum one hour, from the time the guest meets up with the Meet & Assist executive
- This service is only available at Terminal 2 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport
