Damian was lovely informative and so sweet with the cats and the visitors. His knowledge and love for cats was very evident and he made our first visit so enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

My Grandson and I had a fun morning at Mew Haven. Micah loves the fact that he can give love to so many cats within the hour and hopefully help make them at ease with different people. The facility is spotless and the staff is so nice.

It felt crowded with so many people visiting at the same time. The cafe part is tiny.

The space was too small for the amount of people who attended per session. There also were not enough cats and/or toys to entertain. It wasn’t enough time for the cost per admission .

We studied the cat bios carefully and approached only a cat described as “lap cat”personality. No notes about biting on the bio. My 7yo was gentle and cautious and held a calm hand toward her- and she tried to bite his wrist. Thankfully skin wasn’t broken, but he was scared and hovered by me the rest of our time. I mentioned it to a staffer and they indicated no surprise that this cat might bite. This wasn’t the relaxed cozy atmosphere I had expected based on a visit to another cat cafe in the past.

The two running the cat part of the cafe were very mean and uninviting. The cats and cafe were also very dirty.
