Very flexible with pick... - Very flexible with pick up time, we ended up asking to get picked up over an hour early and Monique was able to accommodate us. Very nice new and clean vehicle with lots of space

He was fantastic! - Very personable. Great conversation on our trip in. Recommend! I got a little turned around and he called so it was easy to get straightened out and get ourselves into the car. My husband says " He was fantastic!". High praise indeed.

Both of my drivers were... - Both of my drivers were wonderful, they were patient, kind, helpful, and on time. My group and I was able to select our choice of music, they gave us suggestions and directions on places to visit. Will definitely book again.

Missing Information - Just disappointed that Viator did not provide all of our information over to the Burton Company when Viator charged my card. Luckily I had to contact the Burton Company the day before and give them the details from the hotel to the cruise line.

Didn't show - The driver never showed up. Didn't answer calls, texts, or chats through the booking. Our reservation was early in the morning, so maybe things would have been different had we booked for later in the day.
