We Hopped On and Off around NOLA - This is a great way to see a lot in a short amount of time. We booked the 2-day package that included the Garden District Walking Tour. We enjoyed that too. We used the Hop On Hop Off to get to the WWII Museum, our Ghost Tour, and St. Louis Cemetary #1. A tour of the cemetary is available is you are interested.

Great views, stories and histories. - We enjoyed the banter of Elroy & Bill and their courtesy. We learned a lot of history from traveling through out the city. The sights we saw were delightful & interesting also. I loved the clarinet on the building. Elroy was gentlemanly, so kind and courteous. He was helpful to each rider as they boarded or disembarked. Bill had a lot of good stories to share as we drove.

Great tour of New Orleans Garden District - We took the Garden District walking tour with City Sightseeing New Orleans led by Colin, our guide, who was excellent and very knowledgeable and entertaining. We would highly recommend this tour.

Recommended! - Colin was an excellent guide on the walking tour around a couple of blocks in the Garden District, lots of interesting information about these lovely historic houses as well as why new houses have replaced some of them. He made history come alive with stories of the houses and their owners.

Great way to get around! - We booked the 2 day package which we really enjoyed. It gave us more time for hopping off and exploring. We really enjoyed learning about the area from the tour guides. This is a great thing to do when you first arrive to get to know the area.

Great Overview of the Big Easy - We enjoyed the easy on and off, the narrators, and the itinerary. Our guide for the Garden District walking tour, Colin, was fun and very informative. We do the Hop on Hop Off tours in most cities we visit.

Good - but room for improvement - We love Hop on Hop off buses and we book them in most cities that we visit. We had 1 GREAT tour guide and 1 tour guide that was a big disappointment. We also waited for 3 buses - and because they were filled every time we were not able to take them and ended up needing to take the trolley to get back to our area of the city that we wanted to go to. More buses need to run if happens to be the case. Lastly, seats on the bus were taped off because they were broken.

Fine, but not great - I love hop on/off busses as they give me a chance to really see the city. I've taken them in many US cities and internationally. This one was my least favorite simply because New Orleans was way too congested to have these busses on smaller streets. Greyline was also nonresponsive when I contacted them for help during one of the stops and drove off instead of stopping when people were waiting and the bus was not full. I alerted the guide but he didn't care however he spent time complaining about the quality of the equipment on the bus. Overall a very average and slightly below experience.

Don’t waste your money - We thought it would be like our experiences in other cities with hop on hop off tours. Bus comes very infrequently- you may wind up waiting 30 minutes or more for a bus. Once we waited and when it came it was too full. We wound up walking. Also construction changes stops and the new stops are not clearly marked nor are they corrected on the app. We were only able to ride one time so it was a waste of money.
