Great time! - Happy hour was so much fun! We’ve been to New Orleans a lot, but this was a new experience. The staff were amazing! Highly recommend!

Happy Hour Drinks - Loved learning more about New Orleans food and cultures. The drinks that were selected for the cocktail hour were all delicious. It was nice that we got copies of the recipes to make the drinks at home, at the end of the class. The dark and stormy was a perfect drink to have during fall.

A whirlwind - Fun personable staff. It did feel disorganized and a little hectic - like there wasn't a clear plan on who was handling what and the best way to convey or go about the recipes. Started off pleasant- a pimms cup premade and some light bites - but the informative aspect of it was barely audible over the courtyard AC units. Once at stations, facilitator told us to ignore recipes we were just given and "just listen" to her and got irritable- she was reaching over us and taking things from us like we were kids. The actual cocktail making was about ten minutes and there wasn't a break to drink the first drink before we launched into the second. Felt very rushed and couldn't enjoy making the cocktail- much less having any ambience or picture time. Good value and ultimately had fun but could be improved- paced and scripted better - given some space to make the drink and follow instructions instead of being corrected and interrupted
