The Court of Two Sisters’ Live Jazz Brunch buffet highlights the essence of New Orleans, from its vibrant music and inviting atmosphere to its delectable food and beverages. The buffet features a lavish array of hot and cold dishes, utilizing local ingredients whenever possible.

The hot dish selection typically includes made-to-order omelets, eggs benedict, ham or ribeye, sausage and bacon, grits and grillades, gumbo, jambalaya, turtle soup, red beans and rice, fried catfish, duck a l’Orange, creamed spinach, and shrimp etouffee, among many others. The cold buffet offers a variety of salads, boiled Gulf shrimp, fruits and cheeses, and assorted desserts.
