One of thee BEST tours I’ve ever been on! - Kin was PHENOMENAL! Very accommodating, his shuttle is very nice let’s just start there! He picked us up right from our front door of our hotel and took us back at the end of the tour. He narrated the tour authentically and it helped us to understand a little more about New Orleans. Once we got to the Whitney Plantation it was such a powerful experience, we drove by a few other plantations, and to top it off he showed us where to get the best seafood in bucktown. I wanted to give Kin a huge show out as well because he went over and behind for another group of travelers who DID NOT book correctly and made sure they were able to travel on his tour with their family and not be left out. He changed his entire set up for them and made sure they were taken care of at the tour when arriving as well. That’s what you call OUTSTANDING customer service! My husband and I will never book with anyone else other company but K’s Luxury Transportation when we come to New Orleans again!

Essential Experience in New Orleans - K's Luxury Transportation and Tours provided us an excellent experience to the Whitney Plantation. We appreciated our driver/guide Kin's engaging and informative commentary during the smooth drive to the plantation. He shared the history and the current issues the deeply rooted communities of New Orleans are facing. Our guided tour by Sherry(?, apologies if incorrect) of the plantation grounds was very impactful from her historical narration and personal insight. The fact that Kin's tour package includes a live guide instead of a self-guided audio format shows a real commitment to providing his guests with an encompassing experience that is a tribute to the legacy of the enslaved who built America. Some additional logistics information: we were generously picked-up and dropped off from our airbnb, the van was clean and comfortable, Kin provided us with bottled water and texted us a list of restaurant suggestions at the end of the tour. Would highly recommend!

Great tour full of information and laughter! - Kin was amazing! He would be my 1st choice for future tours in New Orleans next time I bring family and friends. The ride was about an hour to Whitney and he kept us so informed and entertained that you couldn’t tell time passed. He knows so much about New Orleans and its history. He also provided recommendations for places to visit while in town. I am thankful we made the right choice with him, it made not only for a great tour but a great rest our trip.

Whitney Plantation Tour - K was very professional and knowledgeable. His wit and charm added a wonderful touch to the experience. The ambience on the bus was great, and the one-on-one interaction was truly refreshing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience- a highlight of our trip - This was an amazing experience. Our driver, Kin, was knowledgeable, gracious and entertaining and our guide was incredible. We learned a ton and were very moved by the experience. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Book with K Luxury Tours - This is the way to do it--Book this tour with Kin, he's the operator and owner of this company. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable of all of New Orleans and being that he is native of the area shows. You have to book with him, he has so much knowledge and it shows. You will not be disappointed, only extremely impressed by him. During the Whitney plantation tour, our tour guide was Mr. Jim Kelly, and he was absolutely amazing. Wow!! The knowledge he has is truly impeccable. During our tour, it started to rain really hard, but we didn't care because he held our interest. We learned so much about slavery between these two awesome gentlemen than we have ever learned during school/college. This tour is a must-see! Book with K Luxury tours, you'll thank me later.

A well prepared tour of Whitney plantation - K's Luxury Transportation is a very professional tour company. The tour van was clean, with comfortable seats, Kin picked us up from Roami apartment on time. He was very good with texting the logistics when he would arrive. The vehicle looked like. He made me feel comfortable with my choice of K's Luxury Tour with Kindrell as the driver & owner, who narrated our tour the entire way to Whitney Plantation. Kindrell knew the answer to every question whether it was about NOLA history, current architecture, or anything in between. He was punctual and full of great recommendations for lunch and dinner. He kept everything interesting with quiz-like questions and backstories of all plantations on our route. We chose the Whitney tour in June on a hot summer day, and we were glad to see the van on time to take us to Oak Alley for sandwiches. He took us another route to see where the levees were. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

10 out of 10, would recommend - An amazing tour, will highly recommend!!!! Kindrel was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Instructions for pickup were clear and convenient and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed learning on the tour and appreciated this experience with K's Luxury Transportation and Tours. Kindrel went above and beyond sharing food recommendations to try in New Orleans and ensuring everyone had water and were comfortable during the tour.

The True Story of The Plantation - A must do tour. Learned a lot while gaining a better understanding of history.
It was good to hear, see, touch feel and experience being on a Plantation. It was a real eye opener. Our driver Kent added some excellent context as he was very knowledgeable and personable.
