What a fun time we had! ... - What a fun time we had! I've made gumbo at home, so I was interested to see how it was made in NOLA. Chef Dianne was great at explaining her recipes and techniques and was very engaging with the group. The gumbo, jambalaya and pralines were delicious. Looking forward to trying the recipes at home!

Mostly good, but a little disappointing… - As always, this was a terrific experience for my group. One lady, who was only luke warm about going beforehand, raved about the demo and Harriette! She couldn’t wait to tell her sister about it and to recommend that she go. I was a little disappointed that we, as a group of three, were relegated to almost the last call to claim a seat. It is hard to believe that all of the other groups had booked earlier than I , since I booked in July. I assume the order was no longer based on a first come, first served basis but rather the size of the group. We ended up all the way in the back, worst seats in the house. In previous years, my group was always able to sit at one of the front tables. Oh well,….
