Had such a lovely tour of... - Had such a lovely tour of some of the restaurants around the city. I enjoyed the explanations of each of the dishes and the historical context of how each dish became a standard of the culture. There was so much information given by our tour guide. Best Tour We've Ever Had - We got to tour with Doctor Gumbo himself. Our tour was knowledgeable, insightful and entertaining. How the history, location, and community migration lent itself to the unique flavor profiles of Louisiana was explained in a very approachable way. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wanted a blend of history, cuisine and community.
