Participants will meet local and visiting artists and explore various mediums of public art as they stroll through the streets.
- St. Roch Market - Participants will delve into local art history and interpret a piece of art in the St. Roch Historic District, followed by a brief pause at the 149-year-old St. Roch Market. Here, guests can enjoy gourmet snacks, drinks (including craft cocktails, beer, and wine), cold water, and clean restrooms.
- Faubourg Marigny - The tour includes interaction with dazzling mosaic art by international artist Laurel True, visits to numerous murals by some of the city’s renowned street artists, and exploration of a short road section that hosts over two dozen public art installations.
- French Quarter - The group will walk to the edge of the French Quarter to view one of Banksy’s remaining artworks in New Orleans and discuss the significant impact of their art on the community.
