Participants will explore over 300 years of culinary history, discovering the “rock star” chefs of New Orleans and the origins of various cooking techniques and ingredients. In addition to these fascinating food stories, guests will have the opportunity to taste iconic dishes such as Gumbo, PoBoys, Muffaletas, Pralines, Beignets, and Cafe au Lait.
