Creepy but not too much - This was a fun experience! A little creepy but not scary. Great history and story telling. The tour guide was interactive and funny.

My experience was very... - My experience was very special. Kendall was our tour guide & he was AMAZING!!! We felt so bad for him because some people on our tour were being so rude to him. He was so kind & going miles to make the tour experience special & informational for everybody. There was a certain couple on our tour that were impatient waiting for the others to finish at certain stops so they took it out on Kendall. Kendall reacted in a way everyone would have, even better than me. He was trying to be as respectful as possible, but 3 of the guests were being super rude to him and egging him on. One of them kept saying he needed to let the situation go then it turn would keep egging him on. The couple that initially complained left the tour because some of us stepped in to tell them how unnecessarily rude they were being. And still the one person kept trying to get a reaction out of Kendall and saying he couldn't move on. It was clear she was trying to make him snap or something which everybody else on the bus agreed with. Everybody else on the tour was able to move on and enjoy the rest of the tour even though it was hard for Kendall to do. He still came through with an immense about of information for us & answering questions on the way back. The majority of us felt so bad for him and what he had to deal with. You really cannot please everybody, it is so common for some people to be disappointed.

Henry was a great tour... - Henry was a great tour guide. The first cemetery walk through was great, however the second cemetery was not as historic, more modern. The stop at the café to get Beignet's was amazing. Thank you, had a great time! Bonus BYOB!

Interesting tour but customer expectations differ widely which spoilt the experience - The tour guide himself was great, very knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate. Sadly our experience was heavily tainted by a few guests. It was clear some guests used this experience as a boozy bus tour and talked all the way through it. On the opposite end of the scale one couple became so impatient waiting between stops, they ended being incredibly rude to the tour guide who reacted poorly and it all kicked off from there! We enjoyed it for the most part. I think customer expectations of the tour differed widely. This tour doesn’t just cover the cemeteries, that is only one section of the tour. The tour also isn’t intended to be a booze cruise. I think the company need to communicate this better to customers.

Disappointing tour - very disappointed in this tour. I was looking forward to this tour and hoping to hear a little about New Orleans and their cemeteries.. Instead, once on the bus our guide Marcus put us on auto pilot and turned on loud 90 s music. The volume was so loud it made conversation hard. What would have been nice was a background on the cemetery we were going to and its history and even history on some of the other cemeteries in the area. Once there we were told of a little bit of how the cemeteries work and then a few stories. From there we were loaded back on the bus, again very loud music and taken to another spot with no history of what it was. Once off the bus we were told a little of the park we were in but again, info before hand would have been great. Afterwards, again on the bus with music so loud conversation was minimal due to the loudness. The music in itself would have been fine but at a level so people could talk(even though some new Orleans soft jazz would have been great). Basically, the tour consisted of going to a cemetery that we had little info on, walking around for a few minutes, going to a park with no info on it, than being brought back. I was very disappointed as being in New Orleans for the first time , I would have loved some history and for the price of $60.00 apiece I was looking to get something more than just a bus ride . Some history on New Orleans or something. At this point I am planning on calling and asking for a refund.
