Best tour in New Orleans! - The captain was super knowledgeable and clearly did a lot of research to help debunk some of the pirate myths. He was really engaging and entertaining, and the tour never felt like it dragged at all. He did a great job describing what pirate life was like in New Orleans and kept things light and fun— even the kids were laughing. He also adjusted the stories to keep them kid-friendly and exciting. I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, interactive experience, whether you’re with a small group or a big one.

We highly recommend this tour if yo visit the city. Rooted in the city true story. - The tour was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was highly didactic, professional, and rooted in the true history of the city. From beginning to end, we enjoyed every moment.
The starting point is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of New Orleans, making it an ideal place to begin. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city—it combines professionalism with entertainment in the most engaging way.

Pirate Pubcrawl! - My husband and I visit New Orleans at least once a year and have done a lot of the standard New Orleans stuff more than once. So, I was thrilled when I ran across the Pirates of the Quarters Tour as it was not something we've done before. We were not disappointed. Our guide, "The Captain" was very knowledgeable and really brought living conditions and politics of the time to life. We did the pub-crawl and were told that the earlier (non pub-crawl) tour had completely different material, so we will likely do that next time we're in town.

UNPARALLELED PIRATE HISTORY ADVENTURE - FANTASTIC PIRATE HISTORY TOUR!!!
The Captain & Claudia were unparalleled hosts and tour guides. I’ve been on SO many history and pirate tours in New Orleans but I’ve never experienced anything like this. The Captain whisked us away on a journey through the centuries, to the swamps & hidden islands of 18th century New Orleans – what an incredible adventure!
We were entirely entranced by the stage that was set & explored through The Captain’s pirate adventure – thank you, Captain and Claudia for an outstanding pirate adventure that the entire family enjoyed.

Suspenseful and historical - The tour guide kept us in suspense waiting to hear the next story. As a local, I did not know most of the history he shared in his exciting stories. As he told us, the stereotypical pirate was not the actual ones from the past. We were able to envision the past with his stories!

Go for it! - First let me start by saying that The Captain was awesome! He was funny and very informative. You will leave the tour with so much history in mind. We had a great time and would recommend it.
