- B&C Seafood Riverside & Cajun Restaurant - Following our kayak tour, we visit B & C Seafood for a chance to savor some Cajun cuisine. (Food purchase is optional.) Step out of your comfort zone and try fried alligator, gulf oysters, crawfish, soft shell crab, frog legs, or keep it simple with smoked rabbit gumbo. If you prefer something familiar, the red beans and rice is a southern classic! After an enjoyable lunch, we proceed to the Whitney Plantation.
