I brought a group of 10 friends/family on the distillery tour recently. I was very impressed. I've been on over a dozen distillery tours between 2 trips to Kentucky and most of the local distilleries, including the 45th Parallel about 6 years ago, and this tour was one of the best. Tobias, our tour guide did a great job. His knowledge of the history and process of the distillery and the craft distillery industry was amazing. I definitely have a renewed appreciation for the 45th Parallel and what they are trying to accomplish in resurrecting grain types, techniques, and other ingredients from the pre-prohibition era. I've already purchased a bottle of Red Fife Wheat Whiskey and been comparing it to my other favorite whiskeys and it truly holds its own. Well done! Love the story!
