Excellent service - The staff at the Plaza Premium Lounge were wonderful. Good food and pleasant atmosphere and attentive to our needs especially Amanda and Audrey. Our massage with Erica was excellent. Would recommend a visit.

5 stars!! - What a fantastic facility. We stopped over on our way home to NZ. Great facilities including shower and yummy food options. We were served by Hope, Vanessa and Kapil and they were so helpful with our flight changes. I highly recommend. Thanks Nicky

Helpful and courteous employees - Apart from the delicious food, the staff are so amazing especially Ms Rita at the reception who is very courteous and helpful. She even returned the wallet that I forgot at the reception. I wanted to bless her but she refused. The lounge is lucky to have an employee like her.

Chefs Efforts To Change Dishes/Food On Offer Was Great - We went to Plaza Premium Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport. There is not much food as the Chase Sapphire Lounge. However, what I noticed was that the chefs make constant effort to change the dishes/food on offer, which was great. We had a relaxing time before we boarded the plane.

A nice place to visit, eating some food and relax before flights - I go to this lounge often whenever I fly out of Hong Kong with time to spare, especially when flying alone. It is located near gate 1 after the security checks. The check in process is usually very smooth. The staff are reasonably friendly. I use my American Express card to access it (up to x8 per year). There is a good selection of hot, cold food, breakfast (depending on the time of the day), and drinks. The amount of seating areas and tables were also decent, although it can get busy at times. The staff work very hard to tidy up the place after us always. I enjoy visiting this place before my flight.

Crowded and busy...fairly... - Crowded and busy...fairly long wait to enter. Food was basic. Seats not clean and considering many people lounge on them, it is not very hygienic.

Chose wrong lounge - I booked this lounge as I had a 5 hour layover in Hong Kong and because of the airlines I was using had no access to an airline lounge. What I was unaware of there are two Plaza lounges in Hong Kong. One at Gste 1 and one at Gste 35. I rocked up to.tge lounge at Gate 1 and found it extremely full and very hot inside. The staff suggested I try the other lounge. As my departure gate was close it I agreed. Access was simple and the lounge itself was quite small and almost empty. The selection of food and liquid refreshment was I consider well below par and disappointing. This is probably why the other lounge was so popular. Lack of customers meant poor food and drink. Should I have to transit Hong Kong again and have a choice of the two lounges I will put up with the crowds and choose the lounge near Gate 1

Terrible experience. Don't waste your money. - Terrible food and awful smell in a windowless dark area. I paid for a 6 hour stay, had a shower (which was great) and left straight after trying some of the food. Could not put up with the horrible smell. Waste of money. Had a better experience buying food throughout airport in sitting in the gate seating areas
