Wonderful experience - This truly is a wonderful experience to have pre flight. From the front of house, chef, the staff and facilities I know why there’s a first in their name.... 1st class all around. I opted for the dining area to enjoy my meal. I had the homemade crab cake (excellent) for entree and the capellini and Maine lobster with herbs as my main meal, this was followed by a cheese board. My drink of choice was a Shiraz that topped it off beautifully. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, an overall wonderful experience. I wanted to stay longer but my flight beckoned and after a quick shower in the cleanest of cleanest showers I reluctantly left. Would I go there again or recommend to others? You bet. ps I wanted to post some photos but feature NA?

Top quality stay. Great staff. - I had an eight hour layover in Hong Kong airport and booked this lounge. I’m really happy that I did. The staff were all terrific. I had some delicious food for breakfast and for lunch and I could skip one of the meals on the plane. I was able to lie down for two hours. The massage was excellent. The shower revived me before my next 14 hour flight. It made the journey From Australia to the UK almost bearable.

Quiet place to relax - This lounge provided me with a quiet retreat between 2 very long flights. Showers were in demand but very good, and massage was relaxing.

Compares Favourably Against Cathay's Business and First Lounges - A great alternative to airline lounges that aren't open 24-hours. À la carte dining is great and the staff service excellent.

Very quiet transit layover space - Thought I would try this as it was the first time I have transited for a period of greater than 2 hours. It was worthwhile paying the money, food was fabulous, service was fabulous, unlimited drinks from the Bar. Had a nice shower and could have had a massage if I wanted but opted not to. Facilities were clean and comfortable. I really could not fault the place, but if I was being picky, take warm clothing and/or a blanket as the air conditioning is very cold!!!! The infinity relaxing chairs were not comfortable at all.....but I believe this still was worth the money and I would use it again and recommend it to others.

free cocktails and the shower and massage were great - Due to the protests in Hog Kong, we spent our 2 layovers at this wonderful lounge. Its quiet, lots of comfy chairs and some reclining seats that are heaven. The 10 minute massage loosened the kinks in my neck after the 14 hour flight. The foo dis pretty good and you don't have to stick to the menu or the buffet. They can make anything. I will add the cocktails are amazing. Hey its after 5 somewhere right? It is the price of a mid-range hotel room for 12 hours but worth it. I would do it again for 3 hours and then hit the town, once the protests are done. The staff was understanding and didn't care how you were dressed. They are used to it. I felt like I should have had on something more dressy or business like but all was ok. Thankfully, their shower is amazing!!

Neither Premium nor First - The Plaza Premium First Hong Kong is one of the four Plaza Premium Lounges at the Hong Kong International Airport. It is situated near Gate 1, which is quite close to immigration and security. While travelers with selected credit cards have free access (HK$640/adult and HK$448/child for travelers without the credit cards) to the normal Plaza Premium Lounges, the Plaza Premium First lounge is exclusively accessible to first class and business class passengers who are flying on certain airlines for the time being. The Plaza Premium First lounge with a rather low ceiling is not particularly spacious. Perhaps still affected by post-COVID, it is clearly understaffed. Food quality is mediocre at best, and the selection is not at all enticing. It definitely does not feel like a premium or first-class experience!

Regret to pay for - I paid $AUD 270 for a 6-hour stay for two people as we had to spend a night for the connecting flight because I thought it's safer during the outbreak of Coronavirus. However, the service provided was as good as the reviews that I had read from Tripadvisor and YouTubers and I was regret to pay for... 1. Staffs were Okay as I arrived at midnight, I'd not complain if they were lack of initiative, they were relatively helpful. 2. Tripadvisor should state the info as their food not offering from midnight until 5:30 am. There wasn't hot food but the limited dry rough cake only offering in the bar. 3. The place was small and noisy so I'd rather sleep on the chair anywhere in the transit hall.

Terrible experience - Terrible. Only provide fish ball noodle and Taco and vegetables. No main dish, lunch and dinner is the same. You can choose drinks like beer, wine or soda which is ok. Noisy like a market and you can't sit there and relax. I can even define the difference between 'First' and the normal lounge, just the same. Will not visit again. Poor.
