Infirmative, excellent tour! - Our tour guide, Emmeline, was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the events of 9/11. She also was very kind to fill us in and allow us to join the group after taking a wrong subway and arriving late! (The tour operator also communicated with us as we were en route and helped us catch up with the tour already in progress. Excellent service!)

9-11 Museum Tour - Sara did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable about the area around the 9-11 Museum. She also gave her personal experience from the day. She gave our family some great pointers before we entered the museum as it is very heavy and emotional. Sara even helped my son (17) find Welles Crowther’s name at the outdoor memorial (aka The Man in the Red Bandana). Thank you! ❤️

Worth every minute ! - Tour was wonderful. I learned so much. The group was a perfect size to be able to hear the tour guide and still wander a bit on your own. Loved our tour guide so much. She was a wealth of knowledge, personable, funny, and so reapectful. Talking about 9/11 is a difficult subject and she did it so graciously and powerfully. This is absolutely worth your time ! Having a way to skip the line to the museum was awesome. Once in the 9/11 memorial museum, I recommend doing the guided tour that the Museum offers. It's one hour and really helpful to orient yourself to all the exhibits and artifacts. It is a bit overwhelming and could have spent many hours
