9-11 Museum Tour - Sara did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable about the area around the 9-11 Museum. She also gave her personal experience from the day. She gave our family some great pointers before we entered the museum as it is very heavy and emotional. Sara even helped my son (17) find Welles Crowther’s name at the outdoor memorial (aka The Man in the Red Bandana). Thank you! ❤️

Worth every minute ! - Tour was wonderful. I learned so much. The group was a perfect size to be able to hear the tour guide and still wander a bit on your own. Loved our tour guide so much. She was a wealth of knowledge, personable, funny, and so reapectful. Talking about 9/11 is a difficult subject and she did it so graciously and powerfully. This is absolutely worth your time ! Having a way to skip the line to the museum was awesome. Once in the 9/11 memorial museum, I recommend doing the guided tour that the Museum offers. It's one hour and really helpful to orient yourself to all the exhibits and artifacts. It is a bit overwhelming and could have spent many hours

Highly recommend Sara & this tour!! - Our guide Sara was FANTASTIC!! She was enthusiastic, so very KNOWLEDGEABLE , patient, passionate & kind. I love the human & positive elements that she brought to such emotional and difficult memories. She taught us so much about New York and New Yorkers & made us feel so welcome. She also arrived on time and was very professional. The memorial museum itself was also so well done. I’m thankful Sara gave some hints about how to manage emotions and gave extra personal insight into the exhibits within the museum. Highly recommend!!

One not to miss - Kevin was great! Knowledgeable, articulate who set the scene brilliantly with the right mix of historical detail and by relating many personal and human (and canine!) experiences. Two hours well spent. I would highly recommend this tour

Definitely glad we did... - Definitely glad we did this tour instead of just doing the memorial and museum on our own. It was so much more meaningful to hear all of the personal stories and see all of the different areas of Ground Zero affected by the events of Sept 11.
