Great views and great tour - Dave was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave an authentic insight into the events of 9/11 and the aftermath. The one world observatory was also amazing. We got to the top around sunset and we couldn’t have had a better view. Will be back for sure. Thanks again Dave.

Must visit in NYC - Those who were born before the attack surely cannot fail to be struck by memories. Memorial effect and well managed, clean and controlled area continuously. Experience at One World Observatory to be listed in NYC ToDos. Attention to ticket reservations, without paying surcharges our wait was 4h. But still in the big apple it is to be done.

Informative 9/11 Tour - This tour was well done. Our guide Russell is a New Yorker who lived in NYC during the 9/11 attack. He told first hand experiences of what life was like on 9/11 and the challenging days that followed. I had been to the memorial before, and I learned a lot of new details about 9/11 and the memorials.

Must see tour of 911 memorial - Dana was a wonderful guide - extremely informative- and her sharing of her family’s personal story of loss was heartbreaking- but added such a personal touch to the tour. So thankful she was our guide - I give her the absolutely highest regard and recommendation.

Thought provoking experience - Daniel M our guide gave a personal insight as to his day in the city watching 9-11 unfold. He was very knowledgeable & informative about an emotional subject without being overly sentimental. It was a pleasure to meet him & to attempt to comprehend the enormity of events through the eyes of a witness. Having said that, he was very positive as to how the memorial garden came to be designed and constructed. A tour not to be missed

NY trip 2024 - Daniel was amazing! My wife and I brought our 3 kids 15,13,9 to see NY. We wanted them to see a ground zero and to see how much our world changed in the blink of an eye. Thank you Daniel for your interaction with us especially my youngest son.

Expensive for what we got - Disappointed with the value for money. Short tour (slightly over an hour) and interesting, but not worth what we spent unfortunately.
