Depart from New York City and travel north, passing the Delaware Water Gap en route to Watkins Glen State Park, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Explore Watkins Glen Canyon to see the stunning waterfalls, then proceed to Niagara Falls, passing Seneca Lake and arriving by late afternoon.
Niagara Falls State Park - Explore the US side of Niagara, including the American Falls, Goat Island, and Luna Island. Experience the power of Niagara aboard the Maid of the Mist.
She-Qua-Ga Falls - Primarily in April and October, depending on weather conditions: Visit Montour Falls instead of Watkins Glen State Park and Journey Behind the Falls instead of Maid of the Mist.

In the evening, depart Toronto heading east along the renowned Lake Ontario for an evening arrival in the 1000 Islands area (in April, depending on weather conditions, we may return to Niagara Falls for the night).

Pocono Premium Outlets - On the way to New York, enjoy a shopping trip at one of the large outlet malls along the route. Discover bargains at brand-name stores for less. Return to New York in the evening.
New Jersey – Philadelphia – Washington DC
Liberty Bell Center - Depart New Jersey for Pennsylvania and the city of Philadelphia. Upon arrival in Philadelphia’s historic district, visit the iconic Liberty Bell, a symbol of American freedom, Constitution Square, and Congress Hall. Walk along Elfreth’s Alley, the oldest continuously inhabited street in America.
Rocky Statue - Enjoy a panoramic tour of Philadelphia, including the financial district, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Historic Philadelphia, and more. Depart Philadelphia, see the famous “Rocky Steps,” then continue east to Lancaster County, home of the Amish community.
Amish Country - Take a ride on an authentic Amish Buggy through Amish farm country and learn about their lifestyle without modern technology, electricity, running water, telephone service, or appliances. After the ride, visit the marketplace to shop for handmade arts, crafts, and products. In the late afternoon, depart east for an evening arrival in Washington DC.

Jefferson Memorial - Begin the day with a visit to the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, located by the Tidal Basin and surrounded by famous Japanese cherry blossom trees.
Arlington National Cemetery - Visit Arlington National Cemetery, witness the Changing of the Guard, and see the Kennedy family gravesite. Due to security, a passport or U.S. ID is required to enter Arlington Cemetery.
National Air and Space Museum - The most popular of the Smithsonian museums, featuring the Wright Brothers’ 1903 Flyer and Lindbergh’s Spirit of St. Louis.
Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History - Visit the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History and explore the popular “Deep Time” exhibit, showcasing real dinosaur fossils, including the T-REX and Triceratops. This museum is a temporary attraction while the Air and Space Museum is closed.
Capitol Hill - Next, visit Capitol Hill, home to the Capitol building, Senate, House of Representatives, and Supreme Court.
White House - See the US Capitol and the White House to gain insight into the core of the US government. Continue to the Air and Space Museum before visiting the Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Korea, and Vietnam Memorials.
In the late afternoon, embark on the return journey and arrive back in New York in the evening.

- This itinerary reflects amended offerings due to the closed Canadian border crossing due to Covid-19. Upon border reopening the tour will resume touring the Canadian side.
- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- Maximum of three people per room. If traveling with a party of 4 or more, or desire to have separate rooms please make separate bookings
- Children under the age of 2 are free, please advise at time of booking if infant is traveling
- Montour Falls will replace Watkins Glenn Park during winter months when it is inaccessible
