I recommend it - Booked with GetTourGuide, 6 euros for one hour. Near Central Park on 56th. Quick check in and check out. Everything went well.

All right. - Very good experience. Walk in central park and on the docks along the Hudson River. Thank you very much.

Great way to see Central... - Great way to see Central Park. You can bike the whole park in 1 to 1.5 hr, that's with no major stops. If you are stop and go then give yourself min 3hrs. Bikes are high quality and really well maintained.

Bike ride through Central Park - Hired 3 bikes for 4 hours . Time started from when we got the bikes. Supplied with bike locks and helmets. Had a great time cycling through Central Park. Easy pick up and drop off. Good experience. Recommend 😊

Go elsewhere, not nice - The staff is not friendly at all, it seems that they are disturbed by asking questions or when it is necessary to work. In addition, it is indicated hybrid bike so with electric assistance, not at all, in their logic, hybrid means all terrain. Wrong address in NYC.

Easy check in and out - but beware of crazy cyclists! - Colection and drop off was quick and easy. We booked for an hour and the time starts once the last bike has been allocated to you. The bike collection point is a couple of blocks south of Central Park so you have to use the cycle lane to get to the park. My 11 year old son was knocked off his bike by another cyclist going too fast in the cycle lane. Fortunately he wasn't badly injured, but it did mean he didn't want to use the bike around the park, so the activity was ruined for him. My husband and daughter really enjoyed their experience though.

Watch out for several... - Attention to several points A physical ID is mandatory otherwise they keep your CB!! To the price of the reservation is added insurance, obviously nothing obliges to take it but considering the risks it is a precaution that will double the entry price Avoid the weekend walk it’s full full full Don’t take the 1h ticket, I only travel by bike, I’m a knowledgeable cyclist and therefore fast ... no time for breaks you have to keep in mind that the renter is outside the park and your rental timed by the minute... the late return pays dearly! On foot Central Park finally it is the best

Broken Bike with No Support Left Me Stranded - I rented an aluminum road bike from Unlimited Biking, and it was a miserable experience that left me stranded with a broken bike in the middle of nowhere. The bike was poorly maintained and generally unpleasant to ride. But things got much worse then the cheap plastic pedal fell off half way through my ride. I couldn’t screw it back on as the screw threads were completely stripped. I was able to get to a nearby bike shop, and they confirmed the bike couldn’t be easily repaired and would need an entirely new crank arm. I called Unlimited Bikes, and they offered to bring me a new bike. According to the agent, they had a truck in the area, and it would take them about 30 minutes to get to me to deliver another bike. After 40 minutes I called back to get an update. The truck was about 45 minutes away. What blackhole time warp caused the truck to get 15 minutes farther over 40 minutes is a mystery. I waited another 30 minutes and called to check on the status. The truck was still 45 minutes away. At this point, I got frustrated. They said they could expedite a bike over, but there was traffic and it would take 30 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and called to check in again. There was no truck available and no spare bikes. WTF. They suggested I get an UberXL and take an hour ride back into Manhattan. They refused to cover that cost. Needless to say, very unhappy that they wasted my entire afternoon and left me stranded. And get this - they refused to refund the cost of the bike rental!!! After fighting aggressively over the course of a week (and contesting the charge on my credit card), I finally got a refund. But wow. I highly recommend avoiding Unlimited Biking at all costs. It’s not just about getting a bad bike, you could find yourself dangerously stranded or worse, injured on your ride.

They allow you to book a time even thought they're closed - Booked bike for 2 hours and when arrived was told we couldn't have for 2 hours as they closed at 5.... I said ive paid for 2 hours. Was then pressured to buy liability insurance. Was then told I would need to leave bank card and passport which I said I was unhappy with. We abandoned the booking and paid for nothing. Staff were very unhelpful

Rude and awful experience - Worse experience ever. We arrived 10 mins early for our 10am booking. Got to the counter and they advised we had no booking and our QR codes were invalid. I had to chase this up and 20 minutes later I had this sorted. On drop off after waiting another 10 minutes in the queue, we then got charged and additional $32 USD for being 7 minutes late. When discussed with the service team of this discussed they said too bad not there problem! They are rude and maybe need to learn a little bit about customer service to keep return customers.
